    We were staying elsewhere when we arrived in Izmir, however the hotel was unsuitable due to no air conditioning and stairs. We moved to the Coordinat Suites hotel and we were pleasantly surprised!. The staff at the front desk were friendly, helpful and informative especially Ali who even gave us a gift 🎁 . We were also surprised by the reviews we had seen online, because this definitely wasn’t our experience. The staff couldn’t be more helpful. The room we stayed in was like a self catering apartment with everything one could possibly need or ask for. We had an extremely large room for my son and I, the room was modern we had a kettle, sink, stove, crockery and an extremely large balcony. The air conditioning was excellent and really easy to use. The shower was powerful and the whole apartment was clean and smelt like citrus lemon. We had tea, coffee, sugar ect. The restaurant food was nice and the breakfast was good and varied and hot. We had a mini market on site and it was reasonable and had everything we could need. We were left alone and not disturbed by room service, if we wanted our room cleaned then we just had to let reception know. The pool was clean and lush and airbeds and new towels available any time of the day from reception. The hotel lobby was cool and modern. The hotel had a beauty parlour, games room, gym, personal trainer and a spa room for whatever you needed. We were very happy and would definitely recommend and plan on returning in the future.     I stayed here in February as I was having dental work nearby so didn’t choose this hotel myself. The amenities here are fabulous there’s a bar/bakery that’s open until 1am, hairdressers, spa, fully kitted gym, games room and really nice restaurant on site. The rooms are worn and need repairs the chair was broken and had cigarette burns in and the bed was super uncomfortable the light bulbs need to be changed also due to this I can’t rate higher then 3 stars. As students live here it’s very noisy in the evening and was difficult to sleep. My room wasn’t cleaned as I didn’t request it as didn’t know you had too so this isn’t the hotels fault. I recommend the deep tissue massage it was amazing and all hotel staff are lovely. There’s also a supermarket on site that sells all snacks and alcohol and cigarettes if that’s your thing and the prices are very cheap in Izmir.

    arrived this morning with my mum and brother , we booked a one bed by mistake, went too reception and was upgraded in minutes without any fee !! the help we got from EgE and Merig was the best service you could ask for , no hesitation they made sure our stay was going too be the best experience and most comfortable, we definitely will be back , all staff are helpful and very approachable and freindly, big thank you too the reception staff especially. katie and vicky

    This hotel is ideal to stay in if you want to be slightly out of the city centre but on 10 minutes away in taxi there is also a metro station 3 min walk , the room was compact and very clean with balcony, kitchen and A/C. The shower was fantastic!!! Pool was perfect for a quick mor ingredients swim before delicious breakfast in the restaurant The guys on reception were great and helped us book taxis and give us some great ideas and places to visit . They even arranged for the taxi to Izmir airport to stop at Ataturk mask for photos !!! Which worked out great .Big thanks to Ege and Ali

    Amazing accommodation for singles and families

    I stayed in this place for 28 days with my family. It was fantastic place to stay where my 3 children enjoyed in the swimming pool. They also enjoyed the facilities for children and adult such as, table tennis, play station 4 , pool tables, and gym. The staffs were very nice and smiling at you. Room services was performed by very kind and trust people. There was a 24 hours security at the gate. There was car parking for customers only. There was a supermarket opened 24 hours. The supermarket prices are similar to other supermarkets. The metro station is very closed to the accommodation. It was just 4 minutes walk from the accommodation. I will stay in this place again for my next holiday in the future. All room facilities were available, you can check the website.
