    Today, while trying to make a reservation onlime, I called their customer service to get information about nearby beaches. I spoke with Ms. Aylin. She told me that I could complete the transaction not through the website, but directly with them, and that she would call me back in 10 minutes. When she didn’t call, I called her instead, and she told me that she couldn’t call due to being busy, and that the room I had been looking at was booked during that time! She then tried to offer me a more expensive room and compensate my 1500 TL loss with a 200 TL discount. I’m currently at a loss because of her, but I’m glad I don’t conduct business with such a mindset. I hope they learn to prioritize customer satisfaction in the future.

    Hotel is very nice, cute. Family atmosphere is seen from the moment you enter hotel. Rooms are very nice. Owners are helpful and on disposal for whatever you may need while staying there. Breakfast is served on top floor with great view towards the sea, and food is delicious. They serve great Turkish breakfast

    We stumbled across this place. Literally!! And it was the best place we stayed in two weeks of traveling Turkey, Greece and Rome. We loved everything about it. The place, people, breakfast and location. Try it! You will be pleasantly surprised!!

    Hotel Çeşme`nin merkezinde ve mükemmel.Her yere yürüyerek gidebiliyorsunuz.Etrafta yemek yiyebileceğiniz yerler mevcut.Aylin hanım ve Süleyman bey çok içten ve cana yakın.Kahvaltı terasta ve harika ayrıca denize bakarak kahvaltı ediyorsunuz .Odalar temiz ve bakımlı.Teşekkürler :)The hotel is in the center of Cesme and is excellent.You can go everywhere by walking.There are places to eat near by.Mrs. Aylin and Mr. Süleyman are very sincere and friendly.Breakfast is on the terrace and great you also have breakfast looking out to sea.Rooms are clean and well maintained.Thank you :)

    It was one of the best butik hotels i have ever stayed. Great people running busines as a family. Breakfast is included the room price and it was very nice, on the rooftop of hotel with a excellent Çeşme marina view.
