  Amazing hospitality. Cozy and the staff is very friendly. Clean rooms. I went there in Bayram and the places were All full treating us in a rude way, and there was this hotel with the kindest woman there helping us! Would definitely go back again!

  Much nicer places in alacati

  This hotel is in a great distance to the main town however needs a lot of maintenance. It has potential but the upkeep is not neat. The owner and her family are lovely people. Our room faced the main road so it’s super loud in there. All night you can hear trucks cars motorbikes people going past as though they’re in your room. We got no sleep. We told the owner who was kind to arrange earplugs for us and then changed us to a different room on our third day. The new room was underground. It was quiet in there but the sewerage stench is extremely strong. There is also no television or wifi down there so if you want to chill in your room there’s not a lot to do. We got charged the same price for the underground room with no amenities as we did the loud room which should not be the case. A lot of Alacati hotels have a 5pm tea and cake complimentary, this hotel does not do that. They also don’t have a fridge or kettle in the rooms. Again the place has potential to be great. Just needs some maintenance and more love from the staff. The garden area was nice to relax and have a drink. Sohbetlerimiz sırasında bildirmiş olduğunuz görüşleri de bizzat kendim not aldım. Açıldığımız günden bugüne siz tecrübeli misafirlerimizin verdiği geri dönüşler bizler için çok önemlidir. Otelde de bahsettiğim gibi bizim büyük otellerden farkımız daha birebir istekleri yerine getirme odaklıdır. Örneğin Otelimizde size ikram ettiğim çayın haricindeki tüm sıcak içecekleri çıkış sırasında tahsil etmediğim gibi, diğer misafirlerimize de aynı uygulamayı yapıyorum. Çünkü saat tam 5 te misafirlerimiz otele dönmemiş oluyorlar ve biz 15 dakika bekletip çayı kaldırmaktansa lobide bulunan mutfağımızda günün her saati sizlere ikram etmeyi tercih ediyoruz. Ayrıca Ağustos ayı Alaçatı'nın en yoğun olduğu aydır. Bu sebeple çoğu zaman köy olmasından kaynaklı sorunlara maalesef bizler çözüm bulamamaktayız. Fakat Belediyemiz her yıl daha da iyi çalışmalar yaparak bizleri en iyi şekilde desteklemektedir. Umarım sizleri tekrar ağırlama şansımız olur. Ablanıza ve minik yeğeninize sevgilerimi iletin lütfen.   This is a truly lovely hotel, very pleasantly decorated with superb service from friendly, kind staff who want you to have a good holiday.It is located slightly out of the heart of busy Alaçati which means it is more calm than other options. The upstairs rooms are airy and light, but there are some downstairs rooms which may or may not be so light. Best to confirm when booking.The staff were just lovely, allowing us to be noisy and annoying at any time of the day or night (we had booked out the entire hotel so no other guests would be disturbed).The bathrooms were nice and reasonably spacious. The large showers were fabulous with high water pressure and wide opening doors and beautiful mosaic tiled floors.Cleanliness wasn’t 100%, e.g. the shower doors, taps, air con switches, etc. could have done with a clean.Nice mis-matched furniture throughout and many beautiful and traditional elements in the hallways and shared areas.The bed was comfy but it was hard to get a good temperature at night and no extra blanket in the room.The gardens were gorgeous with various different places to hide away. Plenty of shade and a swimming pool to cool down in.I only had breakfast here and it was always lovely. Lots of small traditional bowls and plates of food to choose from and service always came with a smile.   We visited on Apr 2018The hotel is amazing. Staff really good. Mr. Gokay was really cool to passengers and helpful. The breakfast was fabulous. The atmosphere really great. We stayed at basement rooms which stuff were good but as no bog window there, it was a little stuffy.   We stayed for two nights and there is nothing to complain! Stuff very friendly and helpful, we loved the breakfast! You need a 5 minutes walk to the omd city centre with all restaurants and shops!
