  Great Ambiance, Poor Room Service Experience

  The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff is warm and welcoming. We had fun by the pool. However, the absence of an in-room phone was a major inconvenience—we had to step out every time we needed something. Housekeeping did the bare minimum. They didn’t vacuum the floors during our stay; only the towels and sheets were refreshed, leaving the room feeling unclean.Beautiful hotel but the service needs improvement.

  Everything was perfect!Very cosy,relaxing hotel with great facilities.The staff was were amazing😍amazing breakfast it made me feel like at home.i stayed there two nights.i will back definitely back again❤️ Hər şey mükəmməl idi! Çox rahat, əla şəraiti olan bir otel. İşçilər çox möhtəşəm idi😍 səhər yeməyi ilə evdəki kimi hiss etdim. İki gecə orada qaldım. Mütləq geri qayıdacağam❤️

  First of all my stay, there was very nice and pleasant. Their breakfast was a classic Alaçatı breakfast and it was very well presented. The customer service was very kind. The common area was neat. The pool was clean. The room I was staying at had a twin bed, an open closet, a safe, a bathroom, and a couch. My only complaint was that the room was a bit too small but since I was always out sunbathing it did not matter much. İ also enjoyed the location because the Hacımemiş Çarşı was very close that you could walk there in 8-10 minutes but it was also very silent and peaceful compared to the other hotels.

  I rate my stay here 100/100! Burası başka bir dünya.. Starting from hotel location, its perfect 5 min walk from center and 2 minutes walk to Havaş bus station. Rooms are well designed, the hotel is full of love and great atmosphere. Every body here is nice and smiling all the time .. Not forgetting to thank Omer the very kind and helpful all the time. The breakfast is very delicious.. Music plays all the time, they have cafe working 24 hours. I recommend this hotel to people who are up for fun, joy, music.. simply its “perfectly perfect” ❤️

  I really believe the hotel have nice amenities and the guests usually have a great experience however unfortunately I can't share the same experience. We got a room in very poor conditions, the wall was peeling off and also there were some cracks and the shower head were green because of fungus. My girlfriend talked to the receptionist who said there wasn't another room available. Without knowing how to solve the problem, the receptionist called the owner/manager Figen and put my girlfriend on the line. For our surprise instead of listening the problem and come with a solution, the owner started being aggressive shouting and even said "Do whatever you want" before hanging up on my girlfriend. At the end we left the hotel and find another place to sleep. Definitely the last thing that we were desiring for our holidays. I've contacted Booking.com and the hotel's reply is that they weren't aware about the room conditions and me and my girlfriend were bad guests. So disappointed in so many ways with this hotel.
