    I stayed at the hotel last year.They tried to charge for breakfast under the pretext that the hotel's system is not unified. They embarrass the customer.My room wasn't cleaned for 2 days and to justify the disappointing service they argue that there was a "do not disturb" sign on the door. Terrible hotel. Terrible service. Terrible after-sales service. 5-star hotel price. Obviously I do not recommend it. As per the international hotel rules If there is “ Do not Disturb “ signage, we can’t get in to the room. Therefore we couldn’t clean your room.Most probably instead of cleaning request card you have put DND card at the door by mistake.We will continue to prioritize guest satisfaction and throughly investigate even the smallest complaints from our guests.We also take this opportunity to extend our warmest Regards.Thank You

    I stayed at this wonderful hotel for two nights with my family, and it continues to be my first choice whenever I visit İzmir. Every time we come here, we are welcomed with genuine warmth, kindness, and professionalism. All staff members, regardless of their department, are incredibly polite and helpful. I would like to sincerely thank each and every one of them. Special thanks to Mr. Ihsan and his amazing team. They have truly raised the bar to a Champions League level. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting İzmir. We are already looking forward to our next stay.     I consider hotels with this type of behavior inappropriate. I write numerous reviews and have never felt so wronged as I did at this hotel.Firstly, I didn't mention in my other review that I was charged for breakfast. I say, and I repeat, that I was embarrassed. An employee stated that breakfast was not included in the room rate, and I had to go to reception to have them contact me and resolve the issue.Secondly, I stayed at the hotel for two days, and the room was not cleaned on either of them. The need for room cleaning was indicated on the door, but the hotel simply chose to ignore it and then criticize the review, claiming it was the customer's fault.In short, terrible hotel, terrible service, terrible value for money, and terrible customer relations. I write numerous reviews and advise against anyone going to this hotel. Paying a high price and then being mistreated and disrespected is simply unacceptable.     A nice hotel at a central location.

    The hotel was very nice and up to Hilton standards.One thing I could not understand was the lack of bellboys. We had to find our room and carry our luggage to our room.The menu for the restaurant was rich, and the food was delicious.The breakfast buffet was very rich and to the Hilton standards.
