Good hotel, good location with good breakfast

    rating28 May 2025

Overall, it's a good hotel. My room was spacious. The breakfast was really good, with freshly ordered Tapiocas and omelettes. Nice balcony with a view of the promenade. I could have rated it 5* if the work from next room didn't start so early (maybe 7:30 ish). Luckily I was about to get up. Another odd thing was that the pool area was slightly too exposed to my liking. Sunbathers can be seen from the busy main road.

    A nice hotel

    rating23 Aug 2016

I do recommend. It is comfortable and clean. However, we had problems with guests in the room next to ours. They spend hours (after 22h) on the balcony talking loudly and smoking until late at night. It bothered a lot, and I believe the hotel could have a more severe policy on nocturnal silence. I was on vacation in July and I just wanted to rest.

Recommend the hotel, not the location if you are looking for days at the beach

    rating31 Dec 2015

The hotel itself is very good. The hotel is actually better than the photos advertised, which was a good surprise. The only thing i didn't like about it is the location. It's close to restaurants and nightlife but If you are looking to spend the days at the beach, i would recommend staying at praia do saco or mangue seco - Although the hotel is by Atalaia beach, this is not a nice beach and has no structure. The good beaches are about one hour away by car.

    I Could Have Been Killed

Typical hotel in Aracaju. Decent breakfast, even if the people who work there are not among the friendliest, which is not normal in Brazil, especially the person who checks your apartment number before letting you in. But that's not the worst thing that happened here.I took the elevator to my floor (3rd), but it went past 3, past 4 and ended up on 5. Problem is there is no 5th floor, it's just a storage room. Trying to get back down, the elevator buttons were unresponsive, the doors just kept closing part way, then opening. Emergency phone was inoperative. Hit the emergency button, but no one responded. Saw a fire door on the opposite wall, and tried that. When I opened it, it had been sealed off from the other side. Returned to the elevator, but now the doors had closed, and the call button box was not functioning. So, I'm stuck in this dingy room with not means of escaping.Crawled outside, and onto the rooftop to yell for help. After about 45 minutes, attracted the attention of a lady crossing the street, who notified people in the hotel, who came up to open up a roof hatch above me. I climbed up a rickety home-made ladder in order to get out. The whole ordeal lasted about 2 hours. When i spoke to the manager the following morning, her only response was, "I'm sorry."

Many hotels in aracaju, this is good. Location, great staff and good swimming pool. Clean rooms and the breakfast is good. Have valet parking and unluckely not many staff that spoke english. Only little at front desk. Very good option.
