  Positively, the hotel''s concept has rooms with pool access, and the overall view is beautiful. It’s also located on the street, with no parking problems, and is ⁇ within walking distance (about 5-6 mins). Negatively, the breakfast is very weak in my opinion. Both the variety and quantity are small, and the food we eat is tasty. For breakfast, for example, I was looking for homemade jam, special breads, etc. but they didn’t exist. When we walked into the room, there was smell of cigarettes, hair flying around, and it didn’t feel very fresh. Plus, the toilet cover was broken. The lamp was out of place.   The hotel is beautiful from the outside, it looks good but the level of service from one of the owners, mr ozer, is really bad. When I arrived at the hotel, he was very rude, impudent and unprofessional. He told me that the hotel was actually going to close but they let us stay because we wanted to (there are many hotels in Alacati, so I could have chosen another place). This made me feel very unwelcome 😂 And this is not how hotel owners in Alacati normally are. Each time we met him, he looked angry as though he didn’t want to work there or as though he was looking forward to our leaving the place.The other owner, on the other hand, Mr. Ercan, was very nice and helpful. As to the rooms, they were clean and the staff made up the rooms when we wanted them to.The breakfast was very good and the lady working in the kitchen and serving breakfast was very smiling and nice, as well as Mr. Ercan, who also served breakfast.Even though the hotel is beautiful and has a perfect location, I don’t think I’m going to stay there again, only because of Mr Ozer’s behaviour.

  It was harrassment!!!

  It is run by two guys in mid thirties.i had booked for 21st and 22nd night and was travelling alone.A day before check in, I asked for directions to this hotel via email & they replied back to say, as i am booking.com guest, i have got a cheap deal???!!!They then told me the shuttle will cost 50tl from Izmir to their hotel but the driver took 100tl from me.When i arrived, no one was at the reception, there was a guy smoking in the dinning area, he gave me a double room (i had booked for delux) which had no bin, mould in shower, and broken wardrobe handles.He also kept smoking on my face, inspite of realising my asthma was getting worse! Next day for breakfast he was very rude, told me all other tables were reserved and when i asked for scrambled eggs -said he didn't understand me!!?? The other partner then came along and pretended not to understand english either!! Later that day, i asked for a shuttle back to airport for 23rd morning and they booked me for 7am inspite of asking for 9am (also he didnt offer me early breakfast)- he said it will cost me 3 times more if i leave at 9am (never heard of this before from other hotels i stayed in!!). I had to go to bed early on 22nd night as they had booked me at 7am and to my horror they gathered other men outside my hotel room (which was close to the dining area), drinking and laughing until 1am. (They don't serve dinner in this place only breakfast so I don't see why he would get his friends in the dinning area so late in the night having a party)- a little courtesy and realisation that other guests are sleeping wouldn't hurt!!. As a woman traveller I felt extremely intimidated!! All in all i feel so bitter about Turkey because of these 2 men and it will make me think twice before booking another holiday!! May be they should open a night club !!! clearly you don't know how to look after guests. Either that or please don't take english speaking guests if you refuse to listen to them!!! Not sure how they have good reviews - may be their drinking buddies are writing those????!!!!

  You can start your day with swimming just after few seconds you get up from your bed if you stay downstairs 😎Breakfast was extremely delicious with fast and cheerful crew.The place was funny and peaceful at the same time. Very close to Alacati Çarşı (5min. Walk)Suitable for crowded friends team ;) Can 't wait for going again and collecting unforgetable moments!
