    I found this hotel via my best friend help in Çeşme. And they said, they have only family room left, but they will charge single price! When I do searching from Trivago Website single price was 180TL and they charge me 400TL per night at the end of my check out. When I asked them why and is there any discount for single person? Their answer is, I hired family room and cost is expensive and they can only do that 380TL. I said thats not acceptable discount for one person and I paid full amount of familly room for one person, which is 400TL. I am really pist off because of this. On the other hand, the room and bathroom was not clean enough, no minibar and TV was not working. Specially informed the TV problem to reception, they did not solve it. I can confirm that, charging high price with worst service and this is cleary shows they are screwing the customer.

    Small rooms have really small shower cabins..the pool was all in dirt in the begging of May.Appartments on the last floor are well done and new.No elevator.Food was not so much.Mornings gave us served things in plates.People were very nice and helpful.More than usual.The place is near the center.

    My Turkish partner and I stayed here for a week in February this year. It was a beautiful little hotel painted in lovely colours inside. Staff were very friendly and most helpful.Breakfast was served every day with a smile and was delicious.The room was very comfortable the shower was hot and wifi was free in all areas.I loved Cesme and this wee place and we will be back next year!
