  Had higher expectations

  The hotel was actually not bad but we had higher expectations for a Hilton. There was many people waiting to check in when we arrived and only one person at the front desk, we had to wait for some minutes. The elevators were not clean and looked old. Once at the room it looked fine at first but the realized the sheets were stained and had hair on it, also the bathroom was not very clean. Finally, at the restaurant the service was too slow and every time we picket a dessert the waitress came back to apologize because there was not any left.   Iconic place in the middle of the old San Miguel

  I have been coming back and forth for business purposes. The city is somehow isolated if compared with big ones. Place is as described. Nice rooms, nice amenities, free parking, could be better wifi. However what makes the most of it is the crew. After long stays most of them make you feel home bringing and nourishing with local insights, traditions jokes. However there is a guy (Christian) in El Mercado that I believe have given the extra mile, Not only by showing empathy and enthusiasm but also to take the task after hours. I have started with the Wine world recently and he kindly has started studied and showed real interest for me to get the best experience. One of the two good options to stay in SMT but my preferred since I am a loyal Hhonors.   All good, except for the WiFi

  This hotel is nice, with a casino, generous breakfast, located in a shopping galleria, with business and conference space, great catering and service, friendly staff, big rooms, nice views and more. Now, the things that can be improved:1. WiFi. The connection was measured at 1 mb. Yes, only 1 mb. Impossible to use. Had to use my data plan all the time. 2. Access. Since the hotel is built in a restored market, taxis will leave you half a block from the actual entrance (you need to cross through the shopping galleria). No staff nearby to help you with your luggage. The hotel has cameras and they should be alert to help any guest. 3. No mini bar in the room. You have a fridge and there’s a pantry in the lobby where you can get all you need. But many times the soda selection was limited. And room service is not always open. Bear in mind that northern Argentina ‘s provinces have a different business hours than Buenos Aires, with a break from noon to 5 pm. Overall, this is a great hotel.   Excellent option in Tucumán

  Quality Lodging option in Tucuman

  The hotel itself is modern and clean. Lighting in the room and bathroom was poor and the hotel is not in a great location. The food was great although while friendly was on the slow side, but then again things move at a different pace in Tucuman.
