  Disappointing stay at Hotel Felix Oblia

  Arrived for 3 night stay to find out the rooftop was closed. Nowhere else to chill and catch the sun on holiday in Italy. No prior notice of closure and informed it was due to maintenance however no evidence of that. Offered an aperitif as a consolation but couldn’t use as we didn’t eat dinner not eat at hotel. Asked to speak to manager but we were never afforded the opportunity. Otherwise general staff friendly and attentive, room nice and breakfast good. What a shame.   Lovely stay in SMART hotel

  Lovely hotel not far from centre of town, within walking distance or easy to catch the bus from just outside. Get the bus from the airport as taxi very expensive. Don't bother going to Sassari not worth the time as nothing to see. Take buses to all the local beaches and places of interest, cheap and easy to access.   Relaxing stay

  Because of a storm couple of days before, one of the pools needed to be cleaned and was closed while our stay. Therefor the manager treated us with the spa when we were complaining about the closed pool as we were looking forward to it. The whole team was very welcoming, friendly and supportive with all questions and needs. We thank you a lot for this service and the way were treated. We felt absolutely comfortable and in case we come back to Olbia, we would love to stay again at your hotel.
