  Choose this hotel and not be a victim

  Those considering to come to this hotel please consider this review. We booked our holiday for 6 days. We were disappointed at the hotel. When we entered the room, everything was so dirty that it couldn’t be described. The line was in b**k. We left the room and asked to clean it, when we returned, it was just tape on the toilet, neither the toilet nor the room was cleaned, we cleaned it with laundry juice. It was not air-conditioned, dirty, and couldn’t even break the cold of March. We asked for a drawer, and they gave us a used sweat drawer and a linen-free drawer. When we told them we couldn’t stay at the hotel in these circumstances in the morning, they said we’d make the refund anyway. We also booked our other hotel, but they also paid for our £20,000 for the 5 days we left. We were materially and mentally damaged. We've been through this, please read this and don't be victimized.   On-site centrally located, within the base. Access is not possible by car. The room was beautifully decorated, but they didn’t put a glass of water. Plus, the property is a little small, as it''s been transformed from a traditional home. We had trouble finding a spot to pack. And the whole street noise is inside.Breakfast was not bad.   This is a very cozy hotel with great location and staff.We have stayed 2 nights in Livan Hotel in July 2018. They have two different buildings with two different concept. We stayed in the stone building which fits into the architecture in the region. Rooms were very clean. They had all the stuff you can expect from a hotel room except a safe.Staff is very warm and helpful. They serve traditional Turkish breakfast with any style egg, cheese, tomato, cucumber, olives, butter, many varieties of homemade jams, simit (bagel-like pastry). Everything is fresh.Hotel is right in the heart of the bazaar where all the action happens. One thing to note is since roads are closed to the traffic, you have to walk about 200 yards after parking your car. As I mentioned, staff is extremely helpful. They offered us to carry our luggages to and from the car. We didn't need such help but someone can ask for it.

  I've stayed in Livan hotel for one night on 21 august. I really enjoyed staying here. Room and bed sheets were clean ,Hotel situates in the centre, close to everywhere. Owner helped us so much, I advice this hotel to everyone, you will not regret.
