    We stayed for two nights. Check-in was quick and efficient, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary bottle of red wine. The room was spacious and comfortable.Fantastic location! However, the walls are quite thin, so noise from neighboring rooms can be heard clearly.The breakfast was adequate. The fresh fruit and bread selection were good highlights.

    1 - very basic hole for the pricePlus Only goods elevator working , 2 principal elevators out of actionSwimming pool out of service - only in operation in December but not stated anywhere on their webpage.Booked a twin room in error.. staff not willing to help support a change to a single room (although the hotel was quite busy).Breakfast was good with very helpful and friendly staff

    Great location near good restaurants , coffee shops and a tap room.Hotel is clean, rooms are a good size but could do with extra ceiling lighting. Breakfast is served with a view over Palmero.

    The hotel is located in a central and convenient location in Palermo, with friendly and helpful front desk staff. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The gym is not open 24 hours and was out of service when we visited, which was a negative. Breakfast buffet was ok. A good option at this price point.
