  Be careful they do not respect paid reservations , rude personal

  I had a paid reservation for 8 days at this hotel, from March 18 to 26, 2023. When I arrived at the hotel, the front desk person was quite rude and told me that my reservation was canceled and that I should talk to Expedia, the hotel did not have a room for me. I spoke with Expedia and they say that the person at the front desk told them that the reservation was but hidden. In conclusion, the hotel over-sold the rooms and left me with my wife and my 7-year-old son without a place to sleep in a city where I don't live. Terrible and contemptuous the way in which the employee treated me.

  Construction Noise

  This hotel is situated right next to a huge huge huge construction project with an unbearable amount of noise from 6 am until 5 pm including Saturday. The construction was literally 5 feet from my window. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful stay this is not the hotel for you and the hotel never advised me of this before booking. For a short trip I just did not have the time to find another hotel. The shower in the bathroom also did not function properly and sprayed water all of the bathroom. It felt like the hotel had chosen very inexpensive fixtures that were wearing out. On the positive side the staff was very friendly.   We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would definitely come back. The only reason that this hotel didn't get 5 stars is because they do not have heaters. If you are cold they will provide you with extra blankets. The staff is always willing to help and even when the couldn't understand us they continued to try until they did understand us.   Very clean, food is sub-par and lacks flavor. Minor confusion with booking through a third party, but eventually resolved. Customer service was great, staff was friendly. Art work in room allowed me to dip into bogotas culture.   Good overall, VERY NOISY ROOMS. We noticed after the first night of sleeping there that the walls weren't fully connected to the windows, and thus there was space for noise to travel from room to room.
