    Terrible rooms! Awful nights sleep! Poor service!

    Awful nights sleep, avoid!Worst night sleep of my life. Air conditioning didn't work, mentioned it to them in the morning they said they'd sort, also Hotels.com spoke with them about it. Got back after first day and still not working, so I checked out early, tried to "upgrade" me to a suite but I didn't want it. Rooms small, beds uncomfortable, fridge sounded like a washing machine going off all night. Would not recommend staying here at all!! More of a 2star hotel.

    This was our 4th stay at the Hotel for 1 month duration this time & came by car from the U.K. it was as always a consistent level of 5 * service with good secure parking. The staff in all areas are always polite & welcoming with special thanks to Mrs Mehbare who always ensures our stay is comfortable & nothing we require is too much trouble. I would also like to thank the Housekeeping staff especially ( Mrs Songul ) who kept our room spotless and the Hotel which was always very clean. The breakfast was always plentiful with a good selection & pleasant staff. Thank you Mia & hope to see you soon.

    This was my first visit to the Hotel my wife & son have been a few times previously it was as described to me a lovely room, very helpful friendly staff & great location.     Staff were very friendly, and location is perfect. We were there during low season so we had a lot of space to ourselves, and were able to upgrade our suite due to availability.
