Bathroom was soo dirty that we could not take a shower. There were lots of stains on the bedclothes. Owner did not care at all. We could only stay only one night even we paid for 3 days - no refund made.

I stayed at Nea Garden Hotel with my family around 7 nights. I must say that hotel needs some improvements regarding customer care, fast serves, ... Children can enjoy at the pool with big garden. Food was average and breakfast must need improvement.

a nice and quite boutique hotel

The hotel is located in Alacati, a touristic attraction in Turkey. The hotel facility is quiet, you can sleep very comfortable there, there is a nice Pool, there is even a baby pool. Breakfast and dinner is delicious, and clean. You can try typical turkish-aegean cousine there. We enjoyed the "Mezes" a lot. The rooms are big enough, 1 bed room and one living room. However the room service could be better, house keeping doesn't come daily. For the change of towels, we had to remind a couple of times.

A wonderful hotel, with very nice and large family rooms overlooking the pleasant garden and pool area. Great for families with small kids. The hotel provides the excellent combination of being right next to the busy town centre of Alacati yet providing a calm, quiet, spacious and comfortable haven to retreat to. We especially loved the spacious layout of the residential units over the spacious garden. Each room has a terrace or balcony which is great for enjoying the breezy Alacati nights with a good book and a drink.The hotel is small enough (no more than 25 rooms i think) that the restaurant, pool or the garden area is never too crowded. You always get personal attention from the staff who were very helpful and polite. What a wonderful, beautiful and peaceful boutique hotel find! With a perfect garden and pool.... You don't even want to leave to go to the beach clubs nearby :) the service is warm and friendly, the staff super attentive, the food fresh and delicious, the rooms are actually more like suites..... An all around relaxing experience!!
