The family-friendly club resort enjoys a great location nestling on its own beach in a small bay with shallow waters. The nearest town is Ozdere, which is 1 km away and offers shops, restaurant, bars and nightlife. The larger resort of Kuşadası is 35 km from the beach hotel, and the famous ancient city of Ephesus is 25 km away and a must-see. Guests will find links to the public transport network 5 minutes’ walk away. Izmir is approximately a 45-minute drive from the hotel and Izmir-Adnan Menderes Airport is around 50 km away.

    We have just returned home from the paloma pasha having spent 2 lovely weeks there. hotel small but set in perfect surroundings, lovely food and excellent drink quality, we had room 281 which overlooked the pool and the sea, staff was amazing and always helpful. a special mention must go to ferhat in the main restaurant he was just amazing. there was couples, old and young, and families so it is a hotel for everyone. thank you paloma for our lovely holiday. john and jacqueline.     Lovely Turkish hotel with fabulous views

    This hotel is really lovely! The food was great throughout our stay and the vast majority of staff that we came into contact with were amazing - to name a few stand out ones: Ferhat in the main restaurant, Doruk and Zeynap in Quentine, Yeliz in the Terrace Bar and Aleyna in Customer Relations. The layout of the hotel is great - right on the beach and a relatively small site to navigate around, with a wraparound pool. The hotel is generally maintained well and our room was always clean - the room terraces on the ground floor pool access rooms were a little untidy with the foliage needing a little tidying up but other than that the whole site was clean. We ate in Quentine most days but only at lunchtime - this is a lovely space which is also a bar and right next to the beach so it was lovely to spend time here. The majority of our evening meals were in the main buffet restaurant where there was always plenty of choice and everything was freshly prepared - we never had any problems finding something lovely to eat. We didn't try any of the other restaurants as we were happy with the buffet but just to be aware that Curio, the barbecue restaurant, is not part of the all inclusive and therefore entails an additional charge. We originally had booked a double room with direct pool access and this was a really nice room (107) but didn't get any sun on the terrace past 11.00am. On night 3 of our stay, the air conditioning in our room stopped working and, considering that it was still 29 degrees C at this time, we contacted reception. Someone came down very quickly but they were unable to fix it and we were told that an external company would be fixing it in the morning as it wasn't just our room that was affected. After an uncomfortable night, I spoke again to reception to get an update and was told that it was the whole hotel and the local town that was affected by this outage. I followed this up with Customer Relations to be told this wasn't the case and that we could move into a different room if that was suitable. We were immediately moved into a large suite style room with direct pool access (150), its own Turkish bath and a hot tub on the large terrace. I was disappointed by the fact that we were told that the outage of the AC was impacting on the whole hotel and the local area when this was not the case. It should also be noted that we chose to fly into and out of Milas-Bodrum airport rather than Izmir because of more favourable flight times but the hotel is a three hour drive from Milas-Bodrum so we would recommend flying into Izmir instead. Despite the couple of issues, all in all we had a lovely chilled out week at the Paloma Pasha and would definitely recommend it.
