    It was good value for money. We stayed one night. It’s nothing special but you get what you pay for. The rooms are relatively clean and soundproofed. Nothing to complain about to be honest. Staff were fine, I think it’s in a mall or something but not sure

    The overall Ramada experience is superb.The location of the hotel is good and easily accessible to everywhere in Izmir.The view from the hotel of the city is great Staff and services are good Rent of room is okFood is slightly expensive however quality of food is goodSpeedy wife available Breakfast is superb

    The only selection for a main vegetarian Meal was Boiled rice & over cooked carrots with another green vegetable, They refused to cook a basic Omelette but relented when we requested our tour guide to intervine, & the Breakfast wasn't very good either, Will be complaining to our Tour Company who continue to use this hotel even when the guide said it is always like this

    1.Language issue with the front deskNo socket converter available. No efforts by staff to arrange for itNo mineral water bottles in the room. It was not given even with repeated requests. Finally, I had to come down to reception. Staff at reception offered me to carry the bottles. Since I refused to carry, it was served in the roomMorning breakfast was not ready till 715am, Neither the tables were made up.No juice in the breakfast, no breads available, very limited breakfast menuOn the second day, only one towel was provided in the room.No body lotion in the room. It was not available in the hotel to provide.Iron was asked, waited for over 30 minutes, it was also not provided.Staff at the reception was careless with no respect for the customer requests. I will rate this hotel nothing beyond 2*
