Avoid at all costs

The hotel was absolute nightmare. On our first weekend there a school group of approximately 30 teenagers turned up for a school trip. They completely overtook the pool area instantly, so much so that my young child and the children of other holiday makers had to get out of the pool as it was unsafe for them. My child (and the others) were not able to use the other pool as it was being used by the animation team for games and the pool by the slides had more teenage boys there bombing around. Come lunch time they took the food platters that the chefs had just put down and carried the away, they’ll staff tried to stop them but they were overrun. The same thing but worse happened at dinner, it was carnage. Filling their plates a mile high with food falling everywhere, they were pushing in front of people for everything. It was so bad one night that the staff closed the restaurant early and I don’t blame them.Then came nighttime, we had a group of them in the room directly next door and another group along the corridor. They spent hours that night banging on doors/ringing the bell and running away. Even when I went outside and asked them to stop as I had a young child asleep and they were waking her up, they said they would stop but they didn’t. They ran absolute riot late into the night. At no point did they have any sort of supervision, they were left to their own devices. I spoke to the rep the next day and he said he had received multiple complaints and he would talk to the hotel but his hands were tied. He came and found me the next day late afternoon telling methe hotel had assured him the teenagers had left that morning, so I walked him over the the pool area and showed him they were all still there, the hotel was lying.
