    As a resort the activities to do are limited, basketball field is use as a parking, pingnpong no available, no one clean in the halls and you should complain for they do a very superficial cleaning if no ignore you, they gave us room with the floor dirty. Food is ok and the staff is friendly but very bad administration and is not enough to cover all the maintance, paviment with plants geowing.

    At the welcome, the hotel service tried to offer lower standard room. When we refused we had to spend one night in a terrible building which is normally not offered to guests. Finally the next day in the evening we received a dirty room, which was never cleaned up during our 2-weeks stay, there were no fresh towels, the bathroom was in a terrible condition, it happened there was no water and the toilet didn't work. No wi-fi working in the hotel, average food in a dirty "restaurant", a very dirty pool. Bad looking "beach" near the hotel.Polish TUI division rejected our claim - what they sell and offer on their website is not conform with the reality - outrageous - see you in court.

    This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in it is filthy our room was not cleaned in whole week we were there, reception is un caring and say they will action the cleaning but do nothing then lie when you go back and ask for the room to be cleaned, the restaurant it filthy food is bland and not very much choice, the only alcoholic drinks are gin vodka red or white wine and lager , for 3 days there was no white wine every where is filthy the grounds are un kept grass not cut weeds everywhere

    This “Hotel” is like hell on earth. If I could give it minus stars I would.Do not waste a single penny on this place & LOVE HOLIDAYS shame on you for doing absolutely nothing about moving us. All other companies have moved people but not you.Rather than list what is bad about this place, it’s easier to list what is good….. NOTHING!Seriously please don’t come here, you’d have a more luxurious meal in a Mexican prison.

    Extremely poorly run resort, the food is terrible for choice quality and hygiene. Dinner was regularly warmed up for breakfast and lunch. The food hall is chaotic with plates and cutlery running out and tables not being cleared. Terrible smells, flies and stray cats in the main restaurant. There is no health and safety on site. Did not see one lifeguard the whole week I was there and I don't believe the pool was ever clean or checked. The whole resort was unkept and would never return. Whilst I was there I saw two different families refuse to stay and they were moved by the tour operator. Unfortunately I booked with love holiday who did absolutely nothing. Do not use them.
