  Good hotel and facilities but poor air con and housekeeping

  Nice, clean rooms and pleasant atmosphere and good facilities and location overall. No room service/housekeeping was provided in our 4 day stay, not once had it been cleaned or re-stocked. Even after repeatedly asking the cleaning staff on the corridors and reception, nobody turned up even to empty the bins. I wasn't left with much option than getting the towels and toiletries myself! Meal options was good but could have been better with more variety and live cooking stations with more staff especially on popular items. The air con wasnt working properly and it was the case in all rooms. The weather was hot so the rooms were humid unless you opened the balcony door and bedroom door togethe to let air pass. There was however, a variety of pools including the thermal indoor pool which was great and the outdoor swimslides. Children's evening entertainment was rubbish I'd say besides all they did about 5 dance-along songs. They have a nice soft open and specific times and a separate amusement area for snooker,bowling and PlayStation games and a reasonable price. Onsite spa facilities looked good, however I did not look into them. Overall a good hotel and facilities but the air con and housekeeping issues it was really let down!!

  Extremely Disappointing – Misleading, Poor Service, and Zero Professionalism

  Our stay at Royal Teos in Seferihisar was extremely disappointing and frustrating from start to finish.The staff are disorganized, unhelpful, and in many cases outright dishonest. They consistently gave conflicting information and showed no effort to provide real service. Most of them do not speak any English at all, which made communication nearly impossible and added to our overall sense of being unwelcome. They were cold, dismissive, and far from what you’d expect in the hospitality industry.We had to change rooms three times because the first two were either dirty, had water leakage. Each time, the process was handled with indifference and no real apology.The cleanliness of the rooms was unacceptable. Housekeeping did not come unless we repeatedly asked for it, and even then, the service was minimal. We did not receive fresh towels or toilet paper unless we went down to the reception and explicitly requested it—every single day. It felt as if basic hygiene and guest comfort were completely disregarded. Even the room key cards were a constant issue. Several times during our stay, the card would suddenly stop working, and we had to walk to the reception to have it reactivated. Many of the facilities listed on the hotel’s website were not available, including the mud bath, water park (which really disappointed our children), thermal spa (which is supposed to be the main feature), and the advertised shisha service. The children’s pool was left cold, and the staff simply said they didn’t want to heat it.One example of how unreliable and dishonest the staff were: We were told in the afternoon that shisha would be available in the evening, but they just needed to buy charcoal. Later that night, we were told by another staff member that the person who was supposed to bring the charcoal had been in a car accident and was at the hospital. When we checked with someone at the reception, they simply said the delivery person would not arrive until the next day. These kinds of conflicting stories were a recurring theme.Worst of all, one staff member even yelled at my elderly mother because she had forgotten to wear a swim cap. Completely unacceptable behavior.Overall, this hotel does not deliver on its promises and treats guests with a shocking lack of professionalism and respect. I strongly advise avoiding Royal Teos if you value honesty, comfort, or even the most basic level of service.

  Nice hotel, with potential

  Pros:Stunning view from hotel. We arrived at 10pm and had late dinner which was soup, bread and fruit at 1130pm. Breakfast 7 to 10am, lunch 1230 to 230pm and dinner 7 to 9pm with snack options in-between end of lunch and dinner- snack time can get crowded.Lots of cosy areas to relax in the evening.Some staff at reception could speak English.Suitable for a halal holiday ( alcohol free hotel and modest swimwear with female only facilities available as well as mixed)Great ladies only facilities.Lovely choice at lunch and dinner but breakfast could be better.Don't miss the Fire show entertainment.Also must visit Sigaçik which is 20 mins walk from the hotel near the marina. Sunday market at Sigaçik is great for shopping. Cons:Need more attention to cleanliness of pools and rooms - not enough staff to address this at timesLunch and dinner can get busy so arrive earlyBreakfast hot food could have more variety as same every day.

  SCAMMMMMMM!!!!!!!DOLANDIRILDIKK!!!1We gave up entering the hotel because we were disturbed by all the employees at the hotel and asked for our money back. Since the hotel employees were very aware of the situation, they said they would refund our money immediately and that there was no problem. We have been calling them since the next day and they are trying to stall us by barely answering our phones.   Management needs to be improved

  I have been to this hotel because of congress purposes between 10-12 May.Hotel it self is fine.Not bad.Staffs are ordinary.They do their best in general.However,It is obvious that staffs are confused and don’t know what to do how to do due to management issues.Plus,Just couple of staffs have been very rude and rigid.Specially 2 guys at the reception.One of them is bold and wearing glasses and the other one was in the duty on Sunday around 11 oclock.He didn’t let even car to pick me up in front of the hotel and asked me to go out side of the hotel to catch my car.This was something incredibly unbelievable and terrible.Belboy called manager and then issue has been sorted and they let car to come in and pick me and my luggage..However Other then those two,Rest of the staffs were good.Welcoming lady and other receptionist were good.Service in the restaurant was not bad.Food quality was very low.I wouldn’t go there again and wouldn’t recommend with this management.Hopefully,They would take this review from the positive side of it and improve the quality.It is because,They have big potential.
