Brilliant and accomodating, the staff were wonderful, especially Alp Coskun who was attentive, kind and went above and beyond to help us with everything. Made a good visit, great and as a result, we had an excellent stay. Highly recommend.

Over rated , rude staff , thin walls

Staff clearly rude from the beginning. From start to finish we felt contempt towards us from all staff interactions. Man at reception was particularly rude and didn’t apologise when his dog …… who was laying in front of the door tried to bite me . Area around hotel is full of drug addicts and you feel unsafe. Room was moderately clean but lacked the quality of a 3 star hotel, Nevermind a 4 star . Walls paper thin and we could hear talking all night. Didn’t have time for breakfast as we was catching a early train . Proximity to the train station is the only plus side to this, massively over rated pretend 4 star hotel.

From the moment we checked in for 3 nights, we experienced extremely friendly staff from front desk to each and every person working in the hotel.Location was very convenient, in 5 minutes we reached hotel from the main station.Rooms are very clean and big enough.Breakfast had plenty of variety and caters everyone’s needs, only thing we missed was mercimek soup, I hope they include this in their menu.We had a wonderful and fantastic stay, and definitely I would recommend this hotel and would love to come back here soon, InshaAllah.

Great location, near the metro station, a 15 min-walk from the seaside. Also near most of the tourist attractions.The rooms are comfy and good but they don't have any hair conditioner or body lotion, only shampoo and soap. No view. TV quality was not the best bc it's placed through the mirror but you can connect USB. The staff are nice but not very friendly. The breakfast was various but not enough.

The negative points of the hotel were that the air conditioning was very poor and the noise around the hotel was too much. There were too many drug addicts near the hotel at night. The hotel did not have a special room for storing luggage and usually the luggage was in the lobby The positive points of the hotel were the proximity to the metro station and a 10-minute walk to the beach
