    Location was good. Central, near attractions. It's a walking distance from Basmane Train station, Metro station and Izban station. We booked a Triple Room.Room design was uninspiring. There was a small balcony but half of the space was occupied with the air-conditioner unit and it wasn't clean so we didn't use it.The shower area is SMALL even for us smaller sized asian ladies. The towels and bed linen were clean but looks abit worn out. No toiletries were provided btw.There's bidet spray for my fellow bidet users.Breakfast was good. We enjoyed the spread.Female receptionist is good in English and polite. Housekeeping staffs were polite. They were nearly done cleaning our room when we checked in but she did not make a fuss.

    Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room with private bathroom. Good variety for breakfast. Central and within walking distance of the bazaar, Izmir tower, promenade and other points of interest. Highly recommended.

    It’s pretty good hotel with nice rooms located in Konak area. Any type of transportation is available in walking distance. Clock tower is about 10 mins by walking. Good breakfast options included for pretty low price of staying. And what I loved most is cleanness. Thanks to cleaning ladies our toddler could surf around without boots.     Finest hotel in izmir. Quiet large room with road facing balcony. Excellent buffet. Near to kemaralti bazaar , alsankak , agora ancient city, attaturk muzesi , konak clock tower. you can also find buses service for pamukkale at the walking distance of hotel. staff is very helpful , kind and cheerful. loved our stay there.
