    Beyond the AC issue, the hotel faced numerous problems, including rough & unpleasant bed sheets, pervasive hair in various areas (on my bed, on the floor in our room, on the pool lounge area & a random clump attached itself to my sons crocs), & disheveled and half-asleep staff, w/ the exception of one receptionist. Furthermore, the hotel proved to be unsuitable for children, featuring a small pool & pool area designed primarily for adults. The only positive aspect of the ABC Hotel is its central location in town. I do no recommend this hotel, nor will I ever stay there again. It is run as unprofessionally as it is dishonestly.

    Terrible experience with the hotel + its management. Upon the death of our father we contacted them and informed them only to be told they have a 60 day tourism season in Alacati thus they need to make money and 15 day cancellation policy.

    Exceptional Boutique Hotel with styled charm and lovely atmosphere- highly recommend for couples or adults looking for a getaway in AlcatiWe stayed for a few days this June and we loved our stay - inner courtyard splash pool and cafe was refreshing and relaxing. Rooms are excellent and service was perfect - we will be back for sure!

    We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights . The Location good , almost in the center with access to bars , cafe’s and restaurants. The appearance is fresh , the rooms are really clean and they proviy nice bathroom toiletries. The pool area is clean and relaxing and the breakfast is just enough but dont expect something extroadinary. Overall it is a pleasant place to stay and the staff are unexceptionally very nice and attentive.

    By chance, I spent 3 nights here after staying in their sister hotel in Izmir. The two places couldn’t be more different!Hay Alaçati is a super cute boutique hotel perfectly located on the fringes of town. Really nice pool area to relax in. Staff were friendly, and very helpful at all times. Our room was comfortable, with a small terrace at the back. Breakfast (8.30-11) was great. Parking outside the rear of the hotel is free if there’s a space, otherwise there’s paid parking next door.Suggestions/bugbears:- WiFi is mostly useless unless your in or near reception.- Don’t walk on the grass by the pool. It’s always wet from the soaking the staff give it each morning and it’s largely a mud bath.- One of the staff told us that everyone gets confused about how to find the hotel by car (because the street at the front is closed to traffic). So it’d be a good idea if they sent instructions after booking....
