    Stayed for 4 nights. Staff are accommodating and helpful. Hotel is undergoing some refurbishment but I didn’t hear any noise at all. I did have to change rooms as my air conditioning unit was dripping. The staff gave me the choice of 3 rooms. The room I picked was in need of a little refurbishment but was very clean and tidy.     lovely service, lovely breakfast, lovely sized room. the cleaners were excellent and very kind. overall it was perfect. the new lobby area looks fantastic and super modern and it’s close to a lot of things in Izmir.     Mustn't disturb the staff!

    Arrived at silly o'clock, hotel locked in complete darkness. Went to another hotel across street and advised to bang on door. I did that and guy inside who had been asleep out of sight went ballistic and threatened everything to cancel my booking. He saw I was not budging so called another who was more reasonable. The week was tainted by that experience but let others be warned to tread carefully if arriving early hours of darkness. Mustn't disturb the staff!     Dreadful place please ruined my holiday .
