Location

Located right in the heart of Alaçatı, this beach hotel is ideal for those in need of an adults-only holiday. It is about 89 km to Izmir - Adnan Menderes Airport (ADB) Airport.

Facility

    It was a great hotel. Location, service was great. Workers are very helpful. Close to the beach. Very good breakfast. No dedicated beach area, that was the only limitation. We would like to go again.

    Everywhere dirty, damage, old. Only looks good in the pictures. No clear indications to reach rooms, pool, cafe….They opened as new, but it is just an abandoned site that has brought again alive. I congratulate and support the owner for doing it, but there is still lot of work to do before the rooms would be worthy their current ,high, non sense prices for actual accommodation service.

    I have had to call them over 10 times (long distance) 5 emails and multiple whatsapp messages, all ignored. They just keep giving me the run around . If it starts off this bad trying to book, I can only imagine how bad their actual service is..???

    I have selected this property due to it's design and location but that was only show from the pictures. Even property recently opened, it has a lot of construction snags which never repaired. this was it's first season but they better to keep property closed rather to open and have complains. Staff not well trained. registration on reception was not smooth. even we have arrived earlier than others, room were not given on arrival sequence. They are just loosing customers with operation hotel in such condition.SPA was turned off - without any reason -Design of the property is not well organized - i don't know who did that, but definetely never used or worked in hotels - in order to reach 6th floor - you need to first use elevator 1 - to reach floor 3 - then walk over corridors, pass bridge (open area) then take an another elevator to reach floor 4 - then again walk and take another elevator to get your floor. - unbelievable.
