  This is not a safe hotel!! And Expedia doesn't care!!! Single woman traveling solo was checked in and the doors were broken down to multiple rooms. I took pictures. Sent to Expedia and they said oh we always side with our hotels. This hotel shouldn't even be on Expedia. I have lost all trust with them. I'll book somewhere else. There's so many sites. Don't go here and don't book with Expedia.   3 star hotel (at best). The building has very old installations, floors broken, water everywhere when it rains. Internet in the rooms DOES NOT work at all.. had to go to reception to use some working wifi. Breakfast had lots of room to improve as well. Pool dirty.   The worst, not safe. They gave our key card to other family, it was luck that we were out when that happened, and the family didnt touch ours stuff. It was a 1 night book, but I’d never return again.

  We stayed the 4 of us in the same room. Parents and kids, comfortably.7 years of parenthood and we never found a more accommodating hotel.Oh! Their Nacional Inn Burger is a must-try! Pool and entertainment were spots on, they even had some arcades. Came in handy when we caught a brief drizzle.But wouldn’t have been half as great, wasn’t it for their attentive staff.   Great budget location with convenient access to public transportation to the Falls, Bird Park, and downtown. Hotel restaurant had a decent breakfast buffet and the outdoor food service setting was lovely! Some concierge service. Almost no one spoke any English except one young hotel clerk.
