  We tested very unusual and tasty cocktails in the bar of this hotel. Especially we liked Aperol spritz and highly recommend it to everybody. The barmen Emir told us a lot of interesting and useful information about Turkey and we enjoyed our stay there.

  Very stressful and disappointing experience

  I came to Alaçati with friends via car for a weekend trip. I forgot my passport in Istanbul in another bag. Hotel refused to accept a copy of my passport. They suggested I go to the police station to get permission to stay- this was a cop out excuse, there’s nothing the police station can do. I requested they hold my bags in a secure room so I can go to police station, they said no they couldn’t. I am so surprised at the lack of hospitality, or even just kindness and empathy which these people lacked. I tried to cancel my reservations and get a refund, the owner turned this down as well. I’m very shocked again, how can a hotel which wouldn’t check me in, bc of a human mistake of forgetting my passport, then deny to refund my payment?? Mind you, this was all happening at 10pm. So as a foreigner who can’t speak the language, I was stuck in a very bad situation. This hotel was booked via my chase credit card. There are many hotels in Alaçati, this is not my first time here, I urge you to book somewhere else. Their lack of empathy and humanity was so disappointing and stressful to a foreign traveler.

  This hotel dosent has a big garden But you will enjoy clean rooms and very delicious breakfast Room is big enough and very beautiful and clean Staffs are kind but some of them cant speaks English I suggest here for location and cheap price

  Location is perfect for people who want to spend time in center of Alaçatı. People who are working here was also really nice and the breakfast was delicious. The yellow-white cat that comes around all the time is really friendly too!
