Location

This hotel is situated in the Balçova district of the city, some 15 km from the city centre and approximately 35 km from the nearest airport, which be reached by car in about 45 min.

Facility

219 non-smoking rooms are located on 20 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Various dining options are available, including a breakfast room and a bar. The restaurant has air conditioning and high chairs for children. Catering options include bed and breakfast and half board. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. For lunch and dinner, guests can order à la carte. Diet meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    From the check-in until the last moment, we had a lovely vacation. The staff at the reception is so friendly and professional. Especially Mehmet Bey was so helpful with our questions. Thank you so much for making our annual family vacation so memorable. The facilities are so clean, rooms are comfortable. We will definitely come back. There are also several restaurants and cafes nearby for those who want to leave the hotel and explore the surroundings a bit.     Stayed here for few days and the spa facility was top notch. The staff were very friendly and professional apart from the lady in the bar near the reception she was little rude. Also avoid the beauty salon treatments. I had a pedicure and it was the worst pedicure of my life. The lady was very unprofessional rude loud on the phone and left mine and my friends toes in absolute pain. She digged in very hard and even cut us. I was left in pain for 2 days. The sarrounding areas has a couple of nice restaurants. And taxi drivers away is the town with very reasonable priced shops.
