Well ... Kaine Jeffrey Bar Manager was so good at smashing glasses we just couldnt stop laughing ... he was a joke ... thought he could spin coctails he couldnt spin a coin ... great guy though abd to be fair a very fast efficient bar person. See you next time Kaine x x x x x love u mate

FABULOUS for a relaxing, romantic holiday.

I can’t fault this hotel! Rooms are clean, maintained and have everything you need. Good layout, king and single bed in our room. Very small balcony sadly but still big enough for 2 chairs. Beautiful setting next to the harbour. Staff here are exceptional. Reggae runs the bar, he is always welcoming and so funny and boy! Does he work hard to look after you. Nothing is too much. Ahmed teams up with reggae greatly. Such a kind polite young man as is Ozzy. They make our holiday so special. The pool is immaculately clean. As is poolside. Breakfast is good. Location PERFECT! Kalkan is beautiful and there’s lots to do. Beach clubs are fabulous, market is Thursday’s, restaurants are incredible, boat trips great! The sea is warm, very salty so easy to float. The Turkish people are polite, hospitality is 10/10. If you’re thinking of going to this hotel I couldn’t recommend it enough. Though if you’re younger it’s maybe not for you. Nightlife is more eating out though there are 2 nightclubs. It’s also a little pricey in most places but worth it. Also a shout out to Havva (?not sure spelling/pronunciation right) on reception. She knows EVERYTHING! Has a lovely manner and is a genuinely kind, wonderful young lady. Her uncle runs the hammam in the hotel which you must do on day 1 to prep your skin. They are extremely competent and treat you like royalty. We’ve been twice now and will return again and again as you’ll find most of the other holiday makers there do. Some for 22 years! Speaks volumes. There is a kiddies pool but I didn’t notice many children. Basically a perfect holiday if you’re after relaxing, fine dining, a more mature, respectful clientele.

Wow what a holiday we have had. Lovely hotel, great location with the most amazing and very friendly staff. Ahmet and Reggae the bartenders are great fun, had a fab time in the evenings at the hotel bar. George is a little legend too. Hotel rooms are clean but a little small, breakfast was ok with a fair bit of choice and the best melon in turkey. Kalkan and Pirat we will 💯 be back! Thanks for an amazing holiday

We were at the Pirat hotel celebrating my birthday for two weeks.It was fabulous. A lovely young man greeted us at reception I think his name was Ozzy , he. Even took Rod my husband to his gym ,thank you .Ozzy, Reggae , Gorgeous George and the team at the bar and poolside food were amazing nothing too much trouble 👌.We are definitely coming back next September.Thank you to everyone 💐

Fantastic stay at Pirat

We stayed at Pirat for 10 days, September 2025(just back 🥲). 3 pools, great outdoor bar. Brilliant staff. Ozzy and cousin, Urdal and the lovely George for food. Great location right in town beside harbour. Lovely view from bar and room. No complaints. ( just 1, no safe in room ) . Room always perfect , cleaned every day, fresh towles. Coffee stocked up. Would recommend staying here, and we will be back. Made new friends, too.
