This hotel has a fantastic in a peaceful area overlooking the bay, with stunning views of the sea and islands. Countless restaurants, bars and nightclubs are to be found in the immediate vicinity (600 m) and the centre of Kas lies about 300 m away. A public transport stop is situated some 800 m away. Dalaman Airport can be reached in about 190 minutes by car.

The hotel was modernised in 2022. Guests have a choice of 42 non-smoking rooms located in a 4-storey main building and 2 auxiliary buildings. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. The price doesn’t match the quality at all. The rooms are very small for that price. It’s only comfortable for one person.Breakfasts are okay, but always the same.Cleaning is bad. After 11 days the floors were so dirty that my feet felt like I’d just come in from outside.Everything is cramped and uncomfortable. There’s not enough space.The menu is very limited.??????????????????????????????????????????????????

We stayed a week with Jet 2 as a couple b and b. Allocated a small room but perfectly adequate with an amazing view of Kas room 305.Very clean and comfortable room.The staff are amazing , extremely polite and helpful and full of smiles.Special mention to barman Tashin who went the extra mile to make you happy and Tachi. Adam on reception, a lovely man who organised a trip to the National Park for us with a local experienced guide.( Fantastic).Hotel has alot of steps and not for people with mobility issues but this is clearly stated in brochures.However you would not get the. amazing views lower down.Breakfast?not a massive choice but definitely adequate. The location is a quick walk to the central harbour or square but at the end so nicely quiet so it was great.Small pool but Beach Clubs across the road and small hidden bay for swimming in the sea with nice calm beautiful clean water.Kas on the whole suits adults however families may struggle with access to a main beach as most of the swimming is ladders into the deep sea from small cliffs or rocks.Younger couples or fit middle age plus it has everything, is totally unspoilt and authentic Turkey!Many thanks for everyone who made our holiday special.

We had a relaxing stay at the hotel! All the staff are great and a pleasure to speak to.We love the start of a day, having breakfast with an amazing view.A day spent at the beach club is superb, with comfy loungers, great view, clear warm water and tasty food.We enjoyed the ambience of an evening at the pool/bar area, with food, friendly barman and yet again the iconic view! We highly recommend this hotel!

Wonderful hotel in beautiful town of Kas

We absolutely loved this hotel! The location, the vibe, the views and the staff - all wonderful.The location is fabulous, down a coastal road a few hundred metres from the town centre so you can walk to the main square in under 10 minutes. However, the road is fairly quiet as it is not a main road and only goes to a local area.The view of Meis island and the other islets is fabulous and the pool area is small but is complemented by the beach club just across the road, where there are steps into the sea.The staff are just amazing, they cannot do enough for you, lovely lovely people.Would definitely come again!

I've been a long-time visitor to Kas, and this hotel is consistently my top choice. The amazing open buffet breakfast each morning is beautifully enhanced by the view of Meis Island. Its location is undoubtedly among the best in Kas. The staff's dedication really elevates the service quality. We absolutely love the rooms, the pool, and all the services provided. Aqua Princess has genuinely become our home away from home in Kas.
