Avoid this hotel. Absolute nightmare, zero service, and complete scam.Key Issues:Service: Non-existent. Zero help with luggage.Parking: Extremely limited. Almost impossible to get a spot.Beach & Bar: Public beach masquerading as a private resort. Overcrowded with external guests, no free loungers, and absurdly overpriced drinks.Room & Bathroom: Booked a sea view, got no sea view. The bathroom is tiny, outdated, broken, and moldy. Anyone around 1.70 m (5'7") or taller cannot stand upright in the shower. The showerhead holder is broken.Billing Fraud: They agreed in writing to a cancellation with a full refund, but intentionally failed to inform the booking agency to keep our money.Save your money and book somewhere else.

Great location and friendly staff - relaxing holiday!

Staff is fantastic location is great … could be more detail on maintenance re toilet seat broken and showers very small … reception area could have more options to buy snacks, a bar and icecream as not many shops nearby. We loved our stay and the staff were so happy to please and great breakfast buffet and swimming is awesome!

Super location, ridiculous ordering systemWe had good food and great location and reasonable price but it took ages to order as they try and insist on using QR digital ordering system and have no written menu’s.We did not take our mobile phones with us and it was a very painful ordering experience A triumph of digital systems over common sense -such a shame and it will put people off..

Peaceful week in this beautifully placed hotel

We have just come back from a lovely week at the hotel. The room was clean with plenty of storage and a fabulous view from our balcony. The bathroom was quite snug but that wasn't a problem and they provided not only shower gel and shampoo but also conditioner - a first.The restaurant had lots of fresh options for breakfast. Options for lunches and dinners were varied from salads to meats and fish.The beach area is fabulous with lots of shade provided and the most wonderful swimming in the sea.There are quite a number of steps from the hotel to the restaurant/beach but this didn't put us off and we will come back next year.All the staff were very friendly had helpful - I would highly recommend staying there.
