  Great location -spooked by ridiculous ordering system

  Super location, ridiculous ordering systemWe had good food and great location and reasonable price but it took ages to order as they try and insist on using QR digital ordering system and have no written menu’s.We did not take our mobile phones with us and it was a very painful ordering experience A triumph of digital systems over common sense -such a shame and it will put people off..

  Peaceful week in this beautifully placed hotel

  We have just come back from a lovely week at the hotel. The room was clean with plenty of storage and a fabulous view from our balcony. The bathroom was quite snug but that wasn't a problem and they provided not only shower gel and shampoo but also conditioner - a first.The restaurant had lots of fresh options for breakfast. Options for lunches and dinners were varied from salads to meats and fish.The beach area is fabulous with lots of shade provided and the most wonderful swimming in the sea.There are quite a number of steps from the hotel to the restaurant/beach but this didn't put us off and we will come back next year.All the staff were very friendly had helpful - I would highly recommend staying there.

  Aquarius physically threatened me

  Just look how they deal with complaints - Aquarius physically threatened me. Next time I will stay at Kas, I'm going to visit police about their threats.I complained about very loud music at the beach - at 5pm a DJ came to the small secluded bay and started to play music you expect to hear at night club (bum-bum-bum). I felt lazy to go to the reception and decided to write to them about my displeasure. Take a look what they answered in a screenshot... Are you sure you want to stay at a hotel where they smile at you at the reception and in case something goes wrong they are capable of everything?

  A beautiful location, a nice hotel - but beware the steps and hills!

  This is a very pleasant, small hotel in a beautiful location.Primary plus points:The terraces by the sea and the beach bar are nice, with good sun bed furniture. The bar serves decent drinks and is not too pricey.The staff are all friendly and helpful. The food is OK and certainly good for a lunch. The breakfasts are good.Overall it is clean and decently equipped.Small issues can annoy - like not replacing used coffee sachets in the room etc.The biggest issue for me was that the beach/terrace/restaurant area have to be accessed by a lot of steps/hills. This is generally OK for most people but anybody with disabilities, or the elderly etc will have a real problem with it. The pool, which is nice, is up at the top near the hotel itself and is never used because the bar they have there is closed. The sea around the terrace is beautiful but I sometimes like to be around a pool. There are no facilities there. The hotel needs to be clearer about this aspect of the hotel. With various knee and back injuries, I dreaded the end of day return to the room which isn't terribly relaxing. All in all a nice hotel in a great location.

  A gem of a hotel with an amazing private beach

  I stayed at the Aauarius Hotel with my friend for 10 nights. Great value for money. I normally go to Greece but found Turkey a more affordable option this year and wasn't disappointed. This is my second trip to the Kas area and although the town has expanded a lot in 12 years, the charm still remains. The hotel is a five min taxi ride into Kas out on the peninsular, the sea is crystal clear with enough sun beds for all the guests. My room had a sea view and was a joy to wake up to every morning. It was nice to have a pool option for a change of scenery although it didn't overlook the sea. The restaurant overlooks the beach area and was great for breakfast and lunch - we opted to go into town to try different restaurants in the evening. All the staff were very friendly especially the front desk who couldn't have been more helpful with our endless day trip questions! I fully recommend this hotel if you want to unwind. My only observation rather than criticism is it would have been nice to have a bedside lamp in the bedroom at night rather than bright overhead lights. I soon got used to it.
