    DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT STAYING IN THIS HOTEL....Don't fall for the fake positive reviews on Google....This is by far the worst "4-Star Hotel" I have ever visited.... We had planned a 2 day stay here but decided to check out and move to another hotel the very 1st day....We could adjust with the broken shower head, no working intercomm, non working locks, No service staff to help with laguage and non working fridge but what pushed us over the edge was NO HOT WATER ... How was I supposed to give my kid a bath in freezing cold water after a cold day.Just Stay Away from this No Star Hotel

    I have visited over 40 countries in my life and stayed at many hotel but this hotel has been the absolutely worst! The service is non existent, the rooms are trash, there is no hot water the flushes don’t work and the taps and showers are all falling apart! I have never had a more nightmarish experience at a hotel. The staff don’t speak English and don’t seem to care about any of the problems the hotel has. No kettle, no coffee machine no intercoms and they give you two cups of water and don’t even bother to replenish. The photos attached tell the story! Please avoid this peice of crap that they run as a hotel! Absolutely the worst place on earth to enjoy the beauty of Kusadasai in Turkey!

    If it was possible to give no stars to this hotel I would. Stayed for two nights and was moved to a different hotel after contacting the travel agent. The hotel room we were given was absolutely disgusting. Extremely unhygienic with dust, dirt and hair all over the room. Beds that are uncomfortable with one flat pillow and a itchy blanket to cover yourself with. Needless to say we slept with clothes on. Add to that a filthy bathroom and shower with mould and cracks in the tiling along with no hot water. But that was easily topped though by the sight of excrement on the toilet brush🤢 The late night check in should have been a warning as to the standards set in the hotel as we were greeted at reception by two men with no uniforms sitting with heavy coats on in front of a electric fire. The only thing this hotel has going for it is the location, but honestly, I'd rather pitch a tent on the beach than stay there again.

    Thank you all so much for such amazing service while I stayed at your hotel. The service was exceptional from start to finish. Beautiful hotel, gorgeous food, very comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone going on holiday to Turkey. I will definitely stay here again when I’m visiting family in Turkey. Thank you all so much.
