Location

The hotel is set in an elevated position with great views over the Aegean Sea. The nearest beach is 200 metres away, where there is a beach club and a couple of small beachside restaurants. Kuşadası's popular port, where international cruise ships call in, is 1 km from the hotel and a pleasant walk from the hotel by the seaside. There are also a number of bars at the port. Links to the public transport network are directly in front of the hotel and there are plenty of shops about a 10-minute walk away. Local nearby attractions include Pigeon Island and Dilek National Park. Adnan Menderes Airport is about 75 km away.

The hotel has 6 suites and 39 double rooms, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day.     Spacious room, comfortable but very normal, without refrigerator. We are a couple and there was only one spare pillow, in the bathroom there were no sink or bidet towels, only two shower towels. The reception and the bar are attended by only one person, so the waits on one side and the other become endless, when we arrived we had to wait long and when more of the same came out, a lot of lack of staff / organization.     Let’s see, you’re having a drink on the terrace of the cafeteria, the table had to be cleaned of cups so we could sit down for a drink (there are like six/eight tables and all with other dishes) that you don’t get the drink eh? Well nothing, when we have been sitting in the shade for about fifteen minutes because someone of the waiters decided that we had to give us the sun and gave the engine of the awning to collect without asking if we felt like it, or even if they wanted all the tables clear to collect the dishes, this is the last one they make me, already a while ago I came to travel they overcharged me at breakfast but I did not look at the ticket until we were in the car already traveling which I can not prove, it is the only place to have something nearby, anyway, goodbye Originally submitted in Spanish on www.tripadvisor.es.     The room was lovely and big but the staff wasn't so friendly and power chargers for normal electric cars weren't working something is not nice.Free drink for silver/gold members is limited to soft drinks but Jo one inform in advance.It is well locates Hotel Ibis, General Manager at Ibis Madrid Alcala de Henares la Garena, responded to this review Dear Qscofr1:Thank you for taking the time to write a review about your recent visit to ibis Valladolid.We are sorry that in this occasion that you were disappointed with your stay.     Over expectations

    I never been before and as soon as park and see there were Electric charging point my expectations went up. Really was a lovely place with clean and tidy rooms a little bigger than standard Ibis red in Spain. Staff was friendly and provide all service quite fast.For sure will come back
