  Not sure where to start so ill start with a few positives. The majority of the staff are lovely, especially the lifeguards and bar staff. The hotel is clean and modern and the beach is small but nice, with watersports on the doorstep. The rooms are renovated but ours was very small, as was the balcony. No room to move around or store clothing and suitcases with 3 beds in the room. Our aircon also leaked very badly and flooded our room. It took 3 attempts to fix with, and it still had a slight leak. The food is very repetitive, there are no theme nights, no children's buffet or even pizza. Just lots of stews and rice and potatoes. The salads are nice, and there are plenty of deserts, although they aren't great either. We did really enjoy the snack bar food throughout the day, and the fresh Turkish pancakes and churros were a nice touch. The worst part of this holiday was the fact that there was a huge school trip going on, which apparently happens every year, although it is mentioned nowhere. The noise was horrendous, shouting, banging doors, loud music and throwing furniture till gone 4am. The hotel did nothing, despite saying they would send security. They also completely took over the only heated pool, so there was hardly any room for the kids. They were asking adults to get the alcohol from the bars, and just generally being a nuisance. After several unsuccessful complaints to the hotel, I contacted jet2, and finally I thought the hotel had taken our complaint seriously. They told us they would move us to a much nicer room the next day when it became available, as a small good will gesture. However, when we went to reception the next day, we were told 'well the school trip has ended now, so why do you need to move?'. They eventually showed us to a room up the corridor which was identical to ours. Why would we spend the day packing up and moving to an identical room? 4 out of 5 of our party also got diarrhea and stomach cramps whilst staying and my youngest daughter has had norovirus since returning yesterday, although i cant say for sure either of these things are down to the hotel.

  Nice hotel but sleep hard

  Totally agree with comments about the unruly students. Why on earth did the hotel not have security to control them? We were in a different block to them, but they woke us in the early hours, eating takeaways and discarding rubbish everywhere. Screaming and shouting. We spoke to several guests and they said that their complaints to reception were just shrugged off. Another moan - why put the evening entertainment, with extremely loud speakers, next to the rooms. The noise level was totally unacceptable. Tonight after a show the music was louder than ever until 11.45 p.m.Having said that the waiting staff in the restaurants and bars were extremely hard working. A variety of food, with lots of tasty stews and casseroles. Our room was nice.   Sleep 💤 what’s that !!!

  Was looking forward to this holiday as was newly renovated ?! From the minute we arrived it all went downhill. Arrived to an overpacked lobby, which was a shock to start with. Was taken to our room and I have to say I was a bit disappointed as room was tiny and I don’t know where the newly renovations were as there was mould on tiles in bathroom and everything looked tired. Bedding sheets had holes in and towels were tired and worn and smelt like they had been washed with chip fat. They stunk 🤮We decided to go straight down for a drink as had been a long day to see massive groups of teenagers being very loud and obnoxious. Decided that I was not going to unpack till I had spoke to jet2 rep the next morning. Me and partner talked and said we would just try and have a nice holiday 😂 we would have had a great holiday if we hadn’t been lied to by management and there wasn’t continual groups of teenagers in the hotel who thought it was ok to party until 6-7 am every single night !!! And I am not exaggerating. The noise from them shouting across balcony to one another, slamming of doors, having their music playing all night etc was absolutely horrendous. I made multiple complaints to both management and jet2 rep. Management just sent me to guest relations, who I can say Joanne (English guest relations) was amazing and very helpful. These teenagers were throwing chairs off balcony’s, climbing from floors above to ones below etc. whilst there teachers couldn’t care less. We must have had an hours sleep every night so we were having to try and nap on sun-loungers or go upstairs early afternoon to try and grab an hour before they started again. Spoke to manager about paying to upgrade into an end suite that was next door to our room and was told that it was not available as it had not been renovated. We had already looked in room and it was 100% better than the one we were in. I was willing to pay anything but was told NO ! But then day before we left a Turkish couple were staying in that room 🤔.During our stay the food was nearly the same everyday with a slight variation of stews. Practically lived on cheese and chips. Snack bars were same too everyday. We did find a lovely chicken curry at one of the snack bars so that was our go too. Could have done with a nice pizza or jacket potato which most hotels offer. And I am not a fussy person at all. Premium drinks were only available from lobby bar which there was not enough seating for everyone. Some seating was just in a corridor really. Entertainment staff ? Who are they ? Not once In the two weeks did any speak to us, oh sorry yes one did to ask us to buy a bingo card !!! Which obviously I said no too !! Most of staff were lovely. And I can say that if the teenagers weren’t there we probably would have had an ok ish holiday.   Very disappointing PP

  Where to start, this hotel had an influx of students from Macedonia the whole week we were here . They were rude and partied until 6am we had one nights sleep all week.The first room we were given was the door didn’t lock so we were moved to the 2nd room the sliding doors moved away from the wall the paint was lifting away !The 3rd room was better.However some disgusting human being decided to take a poo wrap it in a napkin and throw it on the roof beside our balcony. We went to customer relations and made a complaint about all the above it totally ruined our week here, what was meant to be a lovely relaxing holiday turned out to be very stressful.
