Location

Located just a few minutes' walk from the centre of Kusadasi, this hotel is ideal for parents with children.

Facility

Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. The hotel provides a library, a childcare service, a car hire service, 3 conference rooms, a fax machine, a banquet hall and a smoking area. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas.     It is our first time in turkey and we had such a gold experience. Deniz and muslu from service were so good and they are working really really professional. And lady who looked after our room is such a good worker. We stayed in room 2806. But biggest thanks to Humeyra. You must keep her forever. You can feel her love and care from deep of her heart. She made sure that we had a nice holiday. The food is also amazing. Sea bass is the most delicious food we tried.     Th food in the buffet is amazing especially desserts. We tried Charides sea food restaurant and it was 10/10 . Lovely Humeyra who arranged us a table on the deck was amazing. During our holiday she helped us all the time with a bi smile. She is the best. We were also so happy with our room.     We had an amazing stay at Charisma De Luxe Hotel in Kuşadası. The hotel is absolutely beautiful with stunning sea views, a relaxing atmosphere, and fantastic facilities throughout. The spa was incredible — definitely one of the highlights of our trip — and the whole experience felt luxurious and peaceful.What really made our stay special was the outstanding service from the staff. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, but a special thank you goes to Humeyra, who looked after us so well during our stay.     f you are looking for a nice place, avoid this hotel. Rooms are old, bathrooms aren’t working properly, no essential amenities and they advertise as “De luxe” that isn’t accurate at all. The buffet restaurant lacks of service, plates are your table will stay there until you leave. Need a lot of care and renovation, our shower was flooded all the time.
