    This hotel is terrible, everything is broken and old.Everything is very dirty and staff doesnt want to clean.The sheets were dirty and no one wanted to change them though I went to the reception several times.Food is disgusting with cats in plates.You are attracted to the pool in the pictures? The pool is even dirtier than the rooms, and because of it I got inflammatory conditions. People, don't look at the price because for only 10e you can have much better accommodation.

    Absolute shambles of a hotel brev. Got robbed for jeans and sandals from our room by staff! Food had dead flies absolute sh*thole nothing like the pics.Lift not working staff absolutely useless, food disgusting location middle of nowhere.Do not book or go anywhere near, cannot explain how rubbish this hotel is.

    So we booked through love holidays and paid all inclusive. So where do we begin. Food is what they fancy and is normally last night leftovers. No choice just what they want to give you. Breakfast is always the same Turkish breakfast. Bar is nowhere to be found and beer is only served in 3 X 1 hour slots and closes when the last person leaves the so called restaurant. No WiFi in rooms only in reception. Rooms are so bad. No room service at all lazy cleaner who just smokes in the corner just like the rest of the so called staff. Rooms have bare wires in the bathroom shower head sprayed everywhere which we nearly electrocuted ourselves pool was shut on our last day which we questioned we were told pool was finished they were draining it they ran out of beer and refused to get more not good when it's all inclusive no spirits no wine no choice of food set menu no menu to tell what there is daily no tea and coffee in rooms no bottled water available

    Visited during the pandemic and the place was very tired and in need of general repair. Staff generally friendly although no English spoken. All inclusive was not as expected, we were given plates of food with no choice and drinks had to wait to be served by already busy staff with small glass of fizz from the small fridge. Also only other was beer or vodka. Room was in need of makeover as A/C not working and shower broke, had to manually fill the toilet and beds rock hard. Also room not serviced and had to ask for towels and toilet roll. Ended up going into town on bus which was cheap enough to get supplies and eat out. Shame but didn’t let it ruin our holiday and pool was saviour

    This is a run down dirty hotel foods rank staff are rude that dont like english guest this place will spoil ur holiday please book somewere else i will not stop reportin this place and if u complain why ur there they make ur stay even worse
