    Beautiful hotel with a very friendly atmosphere.

    This is a wonderful hotel. We had a beautiful, spacious room with a large balcony and a fabulous view of the sea. The food was delicious. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and everyone was very friendly. An unforgrttable exoerience.

    This is a very large seaside resort hotel. New parties of guests arrive every day. The property has an indoor heated pool which I sampled- very warm and clean but rather small: swimming a length took a couple of seconds. However, I still enjoyed my swim. My first night, the heating in my room ( this was March and still chilly in the evenings) was not working. I had great support from Guest Manager Bahar and Reception Suleyman who promptly provided another room (lovely suite, an upgrade), and and also

    Stunning Location but Chaotic Experience During Busy Period

    We stayed at the Flora Garden Ephesus Hotel for one night as part of an RSD Travel package.First impressions – the hotel itself is absolutely stunning. The location right on the beach is beautiful, with amazing views over the sea. There are plenty of bars and lovely chill-out areas around the lobby, giving it a really relaxed and luxurious feel. The on-site water park also looked fantastic (just a shame it was winter so we couldn’t make the most of it).However, our experience was unfortunately affected by how busy it was during Eid weekend. The hotel was at full capacity, and it felt quite chaotic at times.During the day, we were assigned a table and told to inform staff when we arrived so they could seat us, but this didn’t happen and it turned into a bit of a free-for-all. When fresh food was brought out, people were taking multiple plates at once, which meant others were left waiting. It felt like there wasn’t enough staff to manage the dining area properly, and tables were often left stacked high with plates.Dinner in the evening was very loud and busy, so we ate quickly and headed back to our room early. Unfortunately, the noise continued into the night, with children running through the hallways, banging on doors, and shouting until around 2am. This wasn’t ideal, especially as we had an early start the next morning.It’s a real shame, as the hotel itself is genuinely beautiful and has so much potential to be an amazing stay. We may have just been unlucky visiting during such a busy period, but the overall experience didn’t quite match the stunning setting.
