Location

The hotel has an excellent location with superb views over the Aegean Sea and a fabulous coastline walk into the resort centre which passes Kuşadası's popular port. The centre of the resort town of Kuşadası with its restaurants and shopping venues is some 500 m from the hotel. Various bars, pubs and nightspots are to be found about a 10-minute walk away. Public transport passes in front of the hotel with links to the ladies beach approximately 1700 m away, though there is a small bay across the road from the hotel with a pebbly beach and a couple of beach clubs and small beachside restaurants as well. Adnan Menderes Airport is 65 km away.

Facility

The hotel has 30 suites and 39 double rooms, which are located on 3 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park.     Stayed here 2 nights and found the location perfect for walking to the town and dinner. Breakfast was decent except for runny scrambled eggs .Patries were good. The setting is pretty with great sea views.The room was very clean and comfortable The only real downside was that when we asked about a local restaurant with great reviews, the staff told us not to go there. Don’t know if they wanted us to eat at the hotel instead? We went to that restaurant and it was a very good meal.

    This was an amazing experience as I was treated to a nice dinner with an amazing view. The hotel is right on the water and is a very beautiful establishment. The service was phenomenal, and the employees were very helpful. Definitely recommend this place as a must-visit.

    Our third stay at this beautiful hotel.Fabulous infinity pool, simple breakfast, fruit, bread, cakes and jam and limited meals menu but all freshly cooked to order served by smiling staff.The rooms are spotless overlooking the bay and the cruise liners coming in and out of port daily are added entertainment.Easy walk to Kusadasi and the local bus back up the hill costs about 50p.Looking forward to celebrating my husband’s 70th birthday there in 2026.

    Fabulous View in a Peaceful Spot Atop a Hill

    A stunning view of the Aegean Sea from our balcony make this a wonderful location. Table and chairs on the balcony were provided. It was one week until the end of the season and a great time to visit as it was not busy. The pool was chilly for others but refreshing for me as a Canadian. The rooms were CLEAN , the included breakfast had variety and the staff were lovely. Just a 15 minute walk down the hill to the bustling town of Kusadasi where there is a wide variety of restaurants. We walked up and down both nights. A view of an ancient fortress as well. If you want a peaceful place away from all the tourist crush and close to the ruins of Ephesus this was a find. We hired a taxi to drive us to Ephesus for 30 Euros and he waited for us while we toured the ruins. He also drove us to a great restaurant after Ephesus.

    Hotel was lovely and clean. Breakfast was lovely. Nice variety we enjoyed. Would have liked a better choice of teas. Coffee not the best quality. Would have been nice to have been given water each day. Staff were very friendly and always asking if we needed anything. Swimming pool was very nice. And the area to eat breakfast and dinner was extremely relaxing with beautiful views of the water. Easy stroll into town. Would stay again.
