Location

This luxury hotel is situated on the beachfront, just steps away from the Pigale Beach and 3 km away from the centre and the tourist district of Kuşadası where you can find shops, restaurants, bars, clubs, etc. Links to the public transport network are also located next to the hotel. Izmir Airport is 80 km away from the hotel.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 4 junior suites, 6 suites and 235 double rooms located in an 8-storey main building and a 6-storey auxiliary building. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. 2 lifts and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge. Further services and facilities include a babysitting service (for a fee), a car hire service, medical assistance, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service and a hairdresser. Lectures, presentations and meetings can be held in one of the 2 conference rooms.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed or a king-size bed. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe and a minibar are also available. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked.

Guests can work out or just relax in the outdoor and indoor pools (no extra charge). Kids can splash about in a special swimming area just for them. Thrills on the waterslide, refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a soothing soak in the hot tub – the pool area has a little something for every state of mind and body. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the sun terrace. The wide range of activities offered at the hotel ensures that there is something new to do every day, including tennis, bocce, beach volleyball, volleyball, basketball and archery. A number of sports are available, including water sports such as snorkelling and aquafit. For a fee, guests can also enjoy water skiing, windsurfing, jet skiing, paddle boating, banana boat rides, canoeing and diving. There is a wellness area with a sauna, a steam bath and a hammam and, for an additional fee, a spa, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Additional leisure activities include a kids' club, a kids' disco, live music and a dance club.

Meals

Dining facilities include a breakfast room, a bar and a lobby bar. Guests can enjoy their meals in the cosy atmosphere of the 3 restaurants, which are equipped with high chairs. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include full board and all-inclusive. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, guests serve themseves at the buffet or choose their preferred fare from the menu (for dinner). The hotel also offers snacks. For guests, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included.

    We didn't arrive till the early hours, so it wasn't untill the next day when we had a walk around that we found some very unpleasant things the place is very dirty they don't seem to know what a hover is nothing was done in the 10 days that we were there, the dining room is swept but they don't wash the floor its filthy the lifts seem to work when they want and are very slow if you are fit it's a lot quieter to walk, but when you want to go down to the pool or the beach as they call it they don't work at all and believe it is a long way down if you are disabled you have no chance, the pool is clean it's just everything around it that's dirty floor tiles crack and missing steps are very steep and the wood slats are loose when you get to the beach it's even worse accident waiting to happen, the food is terrible unless you like Stew you name it they Stew it I know it's turkey and been many times and all the holtels I have stayed in have catered for the English,it said it was a short walk to the center diagree the first day we walked down took about 45min definitely to much of a climb to walk back so we got a taxi 3 Euro by the end of the week it was 5 Euro every body seems to want to rip you off even the restraunts , you get a much better deal if you pay in Turkish lier my advice give this holtel a miss the only good thing was the view.

    I am so pleased i went solo...if i had a family and had taken them there i would never had forgiven myself. The hotel is dirty, smells, food is disgusting, no aircon working, also water leaking from the aircon system, safe not working and in a ridiculous position, vomit on corridor and had been there for several days on floor 6.Rude ignorant reception staff who spoke little to no English. Lifts are hit and miss and dangerous, 90% of holiday makers were from Turkey and they were not willing to mix with westerners. No balconies, only one steel bar across windows....so dangerous for children and very easy for child to fall through window, no entertainment, noisy as hell hotel, also if you want a drink after 23.00hrs you have to pay. I blame the Tour operators for not checking conditions of this hotel or taking feedback seriously.....shame on you.This filthy hotel would be pushing it to get 3 stars, thomas cook said shuttle time to hotel is 1 and a half hours, it took 3 hours and 20 minutes on return journey to airport....driver could not speak any english and stopped every 20 minutes for fag break.......my worst holiday experience ever.

    Please be careful choosing this palce, hotel do not have 5 stars is more like 2,5* Lifts don’t work, so for swimming pool or beach you can not even go if you are disabeld or with week legs, or having some problems with knees. There are too many stairs.The coridores are dirty, there is no beach and even Those tarasses are not prepared for guests. No ubrellas or sun beds near to the sea. IF you are looking for 5 Star hotel and good conditions for disabeld peopel do not pick this palec. We were stuck herę for 3 weeks and travel Company what as to extra pay for changing the hotel.

    Never again. Absolutely the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. Food was diabolical. Rooms dirty and in poor state. Pool was terrible. Toilets smelt and not clean.

    One big health hazard

    HORRIBLE. STAY AWAY.To be brief:1. The view and the location are good.2. The rooms do not have a proper functioning AC or ventilation. Dampness smell in hotel room is overhelming. Black mould in bathroom which is absolutely vile.3. Serious issues with cleanliness. Trash and dirt are everywhere in common areas.4. Public toilets are vile. There are roaches living in there (see photo attached).5. Dining area is nice, BUT.. the food hygiene is below poor. In the culinary area a chef who was cooking poultry on a open grill used same gloves for handling raw and cooked meat. Bread is being handed with bare hands. The tables are not being wiped with surface cleaners.6. I've fallen sick with a serious gut infection. Fever, vomitting, diarrhea. No wonder.7. Staff is not friendly. Smoking or on their phones. Animation team is non existant. Their attempts to do evening shows are sad to be honest.8. Children's area is one big hazard with broken gates and swings.Overall - this is one big health hazard, not a hotel. In UK/EU it would have been shut down at least dozen times.
