  I have visited Kusadasi many times over the past 15 years and I have never experienced such a level of dis regard for guests from the present owner .No cleaning of rooms, bed linen not changed. No toilet paper or towels. The lack of hot water for showering was shocking . The cleaning staff actually walked away from the hotel which I witnessed because the owner would not pay them, the manger / owner is not a nice person.The hotel itself is not bad if manged properly it could be a gem . The dark haired lady at the reception was angel, a lovely person very nice and happy The price of the food and the drink is horrendous, a complete rip off .Some of the staff where a little over familiar in their interactions with guests, however, the main bar man was lovely I needed to have breakfast early each morning, however , I found myself waiting for the chef to get out of bed ?????The breakfast buffet was very poor qualityIf you plan to stay there , do not eat or drink there . It would be cheaper and far better to use local transport and head in to the center or the marina area Sun way should think about placing guests at this hotel it was a nice experience!

  Would not stay here again as everything about this Hotel is Just not fit for human habitation ...from food to bedrooms. No health & safety & a total lack of hygiene all round in every aspect of hotel. Staff have no understanding of the English & when one has an issue & report it to staff , they just laugh in it face as if it's a big joke. Others who stayed at this hotel around same time as me will verify what I've said & probably a lot more too. If Hassap were to go into this Hotel it would def be closed down. Disappointed & disgusted all round & won't return to this Hotel again unless major changes the place. Our Travel Rep was not a bit helpful or willing to represent us the travellers so what she's doing there I'll never know.

  Needs bit updating Nd rooms service cud b a bit more frequent.staff fantastic Nd v friendly Dey really try Nd do their best for u.Saying all that u do get wat u pay for as it’s v reasonabily priced Nd v Centre,only 3 lira (50c) to d Centre on d dolmas

  We stayed here for a week. We arrived late Saturday night into Sunday morning so everyone was tired and yes they did tell us they had food and beverages out at the bar to welcome us which was nice of them. We'd booked a twin room and we got a double bed and a single bed and in fairness the room looked ok. The one thing i will say about the hotel is It could be a great hotel if it sorted the basics out. 1. Cleanliness- Twice we had fresh towels and toilet rolls in a week, The second time only when we requested them and we had hung the sign on the door each morning.The hairdryer was falling off the wall and didn't work so bring one as we did from reading the reviews.The dinning room floor filthy at 8 am . Windows in dinning room filthy and with the view to be had it was awful. Photo's below. 2. Beds- looked ok but if you have a bad back forget it. Lumpy and no support. The bottom sheet fit the bed but they had this waffle effect top cover which barely fit across the bed.3. Swimming pool- I liked to sit at the side of the pool and cool down and did this at the baby pool, as I sat down o felt somethi ng stick in my leg. It was broken plastic edging. When I looked all around the pool it was all cracked and broken.4. Sunbeds - Good sturdy wooden sunbeds with dirty mattresses on them. 5. Pool bar was ok just check the plastic tumblers as they aren't very clean and the animation team tried their best to make everyone welcome and get them to join in. Some people came from other hotels to join in their fun. 6. The Chef-- Well what can I say. I had an early appointment In Centrum and had to take medication 1 hour beforehand so I checked with reception about breakfast which I was told was 7am-10am. So I went to breakfast at 8am and asked the chef if he was making omelettes? He says yes I 10 mins, So I proceeded to cut some bread and butter it as I had to eat. At 8.17am a gentleman asked his wife if she ordered his omelette and she said she had asked the elder guy who seemed to run the place. Just after this the chef got his pan from the kitchen. Needless to say we went out for breakfast after that. Also I had to dilute the orange juice myself as they hadn't put enough water in the machine but there is a water machine in the dinning room as Well. We've been to Kusadasi 6 times in the last 3yrs and I can honestly say if this was the first hotel I'd stayed in I would never have gone back. But I will be back as I know there are better hotels.p.s video of the morning we were leaving from the dinning room. 7.30am not a sinner and not even a cup of tea for people leaving to go home .

  stayed here for a week, 2 people in the room, might be a bit small for 3, was clean, staff very helpful, bus to Centrum outside the door, had a few meals there.... very good also. breakfast a bit sparce but the view from the dining room was amazing, would definitely recomend and would be happy to stay ther again.
