Location

The hotel is located to the north end of the resort in an elevated position. Local transport is available from the front of the hotel and it takes 15 minutes to walk to the beach or the centre of resort, where guests will find shops, restaurants, bars and nightlife. Pigeon Island and the Genoese Fort are 3 km away. Milli Park nature reserve is around a 35-minute drive, the ancient city of Ephesus is approximately 20 minutes by car and the House of Virgin Mary is half an hour’s drive. Izmir-Adnan Menderes Airport is approximately 65 km from the aparthotel.

Facility

Units include 28 suites, 10 apartments, 5 single rooms and 15 double rooms located in a 2-storey main building and 2 auxiliary buildings. Check-in and check-out are possible at any time at the reception desk. A safe, a currency exchange service, a TV room, medical assistance, room service (for a fee), a laundry service and a hairdresser are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service (for a fee) to explore the surrounding area.

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. Rooms include a double bed. Equipped with internet access, a direct dial telephone and a television with satellite/cable channels, the rooms provide many ways for guests to stay connected and entertained. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms.

Sport

Guests can work out or just relax in the outdoor and indoor pools. Kids can splash about in a special swimming area just for them. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the terrace, where guests can enjoy a quick break or relax for hours. A variety of refreshing drinks await guests at the pool bar. Leisure options at the apartment hotel include golf, water aerobics, aquafit and a solarium. For a fee, guests can also enjoy snorkelling and diving. A dance club offers additional entertainment.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a dining room, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. A non-smoking restaurant with air conditioning, high chairs and a separate area for smokers is available to guests. Bed and breakfast is offered as a catering option. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day.

    On of the worst place i have ever seen in my life,its not worst on this price ,trust me ,every on can find Some thing better than this place,bed and pillow looks like thats not clean recently ,food worst in same ranking hotel,there were som insect as attached photo in bath room and room

    Can not say this hotel is clean but also can not say its not. Average. 10 min walking to sea but for swimming must take cab~taxi the beach is really far and can not walk. Hotel is really close to city center.

    Anyone who wanna stay in this hotel has to know that isn't luxury hotel, it's just 3* hotel. Rooms are clean, food is good. I don't recommend all inclusive, cause you don't have a waiter, you have on your own to take out from the pool and go to restaurant for drink. Position isn't best but isn't worst, golden middle. Staff and owner are quite polite. Biggest problem is internet cause only connection is in the lobby. If I go again in Kusadasi in my life, I will probably return in this hotel.

    All in the hotel is very,very poor: the rooms,the pool,the dishes,the bathroom,the tables... VERY DIRTY!!! Mizerable! Horrible!This hotel does not cater for anyone other than Turkish people . NEVER AGAIN!!!

    arrived at this hotel after booking what we thought was a good all inclusive hotel to find that there was only air con in the bedroom and not in the lounge, we asked at reception if there were any fans and was told "no", there were holes in the walls ( where someone had punched the walls! ) the bedding was far from clean, the bathroom was dirty and again had holes in the ceiling and when calling to the bar was told that all they had was beer! This hotel does not cater for anyone other than Turkish people. Never again!!!!!
