Location

This hotel complex is located directly on a small, sloping sandy beach. The lively centre of Kuşadası is approximately 7 km away. The airport is around an 80-minute drive away, and can easily be reached by minibus. The ruins of Ephesus are located just 25 km from the hotel.

Facility

65 non-smoking rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. A cloakroom, a safe and a currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park.     firstly, the service of transportation was amazing always taxis available, so friendly . staff in the hotel were polite and made themselves understood. rooms and beds were fine just as you would expect, great balcony view. looking to stay again this year.

    i stayed here for a week, such nice and lovley staff cooks were lovley to us both. i would not say this is a 4 star hotel as we both said it out first night i’d say a 2/3 the rooms are different to the pictures shown air con is good kept the room cool! our view was amazing from the bedroom and i took this photo myself daily trips out were amazing quad bikes and water park we did had the best time ever so fun with friends from the hotel !!!as it came to dinner you could sit outside looking out at the sunset which was gorgeous and would recommend for a couple nights not so much a week we had many incidents with drunk people, as this hotel is “free” alcohol so you would expectpeople being pushed in the pool disrespect of us around like dinner they were spitting out the food into the dishes we had to use and just not respecting us i’d stay here again for the views and people here !woke up 1 night as people were what sounds like moving furniture at 3am.over all it’s a ok place to kip for a few days !!

    I Would Never Have Booked This Hotel If It Had Been Advertised Correctly.This hotel is definitely not 4 star and should not be advertised as such. It is presented when booking as well kept, modern and pleasant ~ it actually had me fooled.The room was a big let down and nothing ay all as advertised ~ I really was not looking forward to staying in it.One of the features that grabbed me when booking was that there was a gym - No There Is Not - and apparently there never has been. Also advertised was table-tennis, where that was hiding is anyone's guess.!!!The food was not great at all and I'll not even go into the alcoholic beverages or lack of ~ just ridiculous.The private beach can really do with some TLC ~ to heck with it, the whole hotel is in desperate need of some TLC...Lucky for me, I was able to move to the lovely Batihan Beach Resort & Spa Hotel which in my opinion deserves more than the 4 star that it's advertised at ~ From this point on, I had the best holiday.

    Ok This is a 1 star hotel not as advertised.TV never worked despite being told for 6 days technical would sort it. Room not seen to had to chase the lay for fresh towels and toilet roll. WiFi joke could not log on for 3 days. Beach dirty no chance of getting a sun lounger as towels left on then all day. Staff are young and seemed demoralised and not very helpful. Food was very poor but to be fair they was a selection. But the dogs would not eat the meat that frequent the outside seating area at the front. Bar clauses at 11pm and between 6pm and 7pm but you can buy drinks after 11pm so not all inclusive mini bar in the room contained 2 bottles of water. Afternoon snacks varied between purple hot dogs in dry buns and plain spagehtti no sauce or on the next day burger and chips of you like your chips warm and soggy it's a winner. Staff at the front of the hotel one evening grabbed one of the cats and stuffed it in a bag and took it away to the dismay of the residents as it was rather upsetting. The only saving grace were the people we met which saved the day. The area is beautiful nice views the Turkish people we met we all fantastic and very friendly shame this hotel lets the side down. Do not stay at this Hotel

    By all meanns do not book this hotel. Not four stars most likely one. Dirty, very dirty.Staff without any customer service skills. For ten days stay our room was cleaned only once even we left the card on the door requesting service. Bed sheets and towels weren't changed for the period we stayed, and I must take out the trash by myself. The beach is small and not maintained. The list is exceedingly long and the only think I can say is that this hotel must be closed.Horrible experience.
