Location

The hotel offers a great location on Kuşadası's famous Long Beach, overlooking the Aegean Sea and the Greek island of Samos. Public transport connections can be found in front of the hotel, with regular services to the centre of Kuşadası, which is 8 km away. The beach is also just a few metres away. Cafés, bars and restaurants can be found in the immediate vicinity of the hotel and there is a shopping outlet centre approximately 1 km from the hotel. Milas Airport is around 120 km away, while Adnan Menderes Airport is approximately 90 km away from the hotel.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 102 non-smoking rooms located in a 7-storey main building and a 4-storey auxiliary building. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Services such as a cloakroom, a baggage storage service and a currency exchange service ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (no extra charge). Meals

    I am here now and the rooms are terrible, the food well where do I start, first day only option for breakfast was an omelette, lunchtime it was a choice of rice and chips( soggy and covered in oil) and it doesn’t get any better than that, third day food hasn’t got any better, complained to staff and a man who I don’t know if he’s the owner or manager didn’t like the complaint, only spoke Turkish sorry shouted Turkish at me and told one of the staff that he was calling the police on me for complaining, got to a point where I actually phoned the British embassy for advice due to concern about mine and my partners safety in the hotel, booked holiday through love holidays and now waiting to see what they can do to move us to the safety of another hotel, will never be coming back here

    The hotel is in a beautiful location with the sea a 1 minute walk away, perfect for relaxing on the beach and soaking up the sun. Staff were extremely friendly and professional, very pleasant and attentive at all times especially Kerimcan and Ilmi. Our room was cleaned daily, in general the rooms and bathrooms need a bit of upgrade and some modernization, overall a standard room. Food was amazing, ( I love Turkish food anyway 🙂) the selection of salads and deserts was great. I would love to visit again.

    Location is nice,Atmosphere smells like a cess pit,room ok bathroom grubby,not good value worthless hotel,not good smell of cesspit most of day ,grass more yellow than green untidy look ,broken wood stage grubby shop with little stock.On;y thing was quiet after 10 pm . Hair in food ,food always cold ,butter rarely evident at any time ,no toaster fruit juice from machine diluted with water Service what service skeleton staff ,overworked. No responsibilitytaken by management.So bad complaining to ABTA. Do not go there.

    This hotel should be closed down. The whole hotel is dirty, run down and falling to bits. We had to eat out every day. The food was inedible and cold. Most hotels have a toaster at breakfast - not here. They do not even have butter for the bread at any meal. All inclusive drinks comprise warm flat beer, gin, vodka or warm wine. The soft drinks are warm and flat. Most days you could start drinking gin then all of a sudden it has run out for the next couple of days. There is absolutely no entertainment day or night. Love holidays state beach volley ball, mini golf, evening entertainment in theatre - none of this exists. The beach bar opened for about 2 hours the whole week we were there. There is no disco. Mini bar consisted of a small bottle of water for the whole week. The complete shower door fell off and took 2 days to get fixed. People were arriving at the hotel and within hours finding at a cost to themselves some where else to stay. This hotel is a disgrace to Kusadasi and Turkey and the ministry of tourism needs to look at closing this hotel down.
