    Had a lovely week here staff were so nice especially Phylis could not do enough for us lovely breakfast and the rooms were very clean. Lovely views

    Ok so its not a 4 star hotel by any means but you should be aware of that when you are booking it for such a reasonable Price. They have updated the hotel lately and are really trying to improve the place but the finishing of painting and carpentry are not great, if a small bit more finishing details were carried out it could be a beautiful hotel.Now the good points . The staff, special mention to Toprak at reception, had a few minor issues but he dealt with them in such a polite way, the guy could work in a 5 star no problem. Furken at reception was also a very pleasant guy ...At breakfast Filiz is a joy every morning, always cheerful and helpful supplying endless omlettes!! Levent is also good fun in the morning with good vibes and smiles...We loved the hotel location its a good ten minutes walk to the market but there are loads of cafes and eateries on the way woth beautiful views of the marina...on the way back the hill in the last 50 meters is nice to stretch the legs but may not be suitable for really old people. Cheap taxis no problem either way.Pool Area is nice and the cleaners work hard here so a pleasant stay for what you pay for. I would return.

    The location, staff, and food were all great; however, the hotel itself was a dump. Absolutely not a four star. The building reeks of cat urine and is COLD during the winter. Our room was warm, but was dilapitated... the lamp stood at an angle, the toilet paper holder and soap container fell out of the wall, the bathroom outlet was hanging, and the shower door came off its tracks. Dirty walls, chipped paint, and smelly decorative pillows. Just really, really run down.     Great breakfast, Incredible views

    I stayed three nights at Suhan Seaport hotel. The location is good near the port with a few supermarkets near by. I stayed in the fourth floor in a sea view room & the view is incredible overlooking the Kusadasi port with all the cruise ships and the pool.The room was spacious with plenty of power power ports, a comfortable bed & tv. The bathroom was a good size, clean and had a hair dryer in it. The shower wasn’t very powerful. The WiFi isn’t the strongest but works, I had 2 bars signal most of the time.Breakfast is delicious with a variety of hot drinks and fruit juices. Cereal, bread, a variety of toppings, hot pancakes, potatoes, beans & mushrooms. Lots of salad, meats and fruits. Plus pastries. An excellent selection.The pool is nice, it isn’t heated but warm enough to swim naturally. The pool needs a bit of TLC as the tiles are coming off the floor everywhere. There are lots of sun loungers around & a fun swing to go on. Live music by the pool bar at 8pm.There is a small beach about 10 minutes walk away and is nice to walk around and see the cruise ships docking each day.Overall a lovely hotel, great breakfast and Incredible views.     staff were helpful and location and views were nice but the actual facility/room was old beat up and dirty. The view was nice from the breakfast area. I was on a group tour and not sure way they choose this place. Thankfully we were only here one night.
