    Uncomfortable,untidy & dirty hotel.

    We booked in as a group of 18 people.We were met by a rude & lazy bellboy.We had to carry our own luggage.On arrival at the untidy dining room we were met with a disgusting buffet of dried out chicken & unappetising salads.5 of our group left disgusted and sought food elsewhere.The rest remained to simply met their hunger and retire to a uncomfortable & dirty room.Our shower like many in the group was full of mould & floor not swept.Some rooms just faced dirty walls of other buildings & the windows have not been cleaned in months.The rooms had no baggage racks, no bed table ,bare threaded towels & those who were fortunate to get a balcony room had to contend with dirty plastic chairs and a filthy balcony.We complained and nothing was done except that the next dinner was acceptable with some beef & chicken.Most of the rooms were not cleaned properly the next day & coffee cups were left dirty .I refused to allow our tour guide to pay over the tips,except for the only polite bellboy on our departure.Don’t book this hotel even if it’s the last one available.DISGUSTING.

    I booked directly from the receptionist who gave me discount, a seaview room (with 1 single and 1 double beds more than enough for a solo traveler like me) and free breakfast plus car parking is also complimentary (behind the hotel via Otopark). The amenities are standard, with working AC unit, hot water and an elevator. It is just few steps from the Ladies (public) beach. At the GF of the hotel is its own resto with al fresco dining option. The whole place is very lively even at night, so many restos/pubs to choose from. I had my breakfast at 10AM, and it seemed most of the foods have been finished. I ended up eating whatever were left/available. Tip is to get up early if you want full options of breakfast. I will definitely come back!

    Lovely hotel, clean & nice staff great location, very accommodating staff, Rooms are lovely have beautiful sea view room at the front of hotel, breakfast is lovely, I have stayed here twice. Would stay again, Restaurants and shop all along this strip right beside each other whoch is very convenient. Thank you for a pleasant stay 😊 🇮🇪

    Just had a 4 day break here from Didim. Excellent position right at the start of Ladies Beach. I think we paid a reasonable price for our rooms and have no complaints at all. The rooms were spacious and bright and very clean. Pretty standard shower room with no issues. Rooms were cleaned every day. We had one room with a sea view and one land view room. Both rooms were absolutely fine. Break was good and plenty of it. Turkish buffet style of course. Staff very helpful and friendly.

    Avoid this place at all costs!!!!!! Beds are damp, when complained my friend was told to leave at 11.30pm with her 11 year old daughter, walking the streets of Kusadasi. They also would not refund her money. AVOID AVOID AVOID
