  we arrived at our hotel about 7am there was one family before us after an over night flight we were exhausted got the key and headed to our room . party of 3 2 beds and a broken fold out bed however there was no extra room to unfold the bed so im guessing the hall or the balcony . i headed back down to reception to explain the situation they were very apologetic and said they would give us another room no problem . we collected our belongings and headed to the next room we opened the door to the next room and to say we were blown away is an understatement the smell was absolooutly gut churning .i can only compare it with raw sewage . back to reception and i wasnt best pleased with them .lthey asked me to go back to the first room till the manager came in maybe about 10 or 11 . by this time my partner was in tears and exhausted as she is recovering from a heart attack .we decided to go for breakfast . the choice to say the least was extremely poor . i couldnt find the toaster and the only items we would eat was bread and boiled eggs . the coffee machine was offering black coffee only or hot water no milk we had to ask for it and the machine for fresh orange was empty it stayed empty the entire holiday . the drinks on the all inclusive was a small plastic cup gone in 1 mouthful . we ate what we could and headed back to wait for the manager at 11 we went back to reception to speak to the manager . the manager said they didnt think we were going to arrive since our booking was from the 24th . i explained we travelled on the 24th arriving that morning . again he said we didnt think you were coming so we gave your room away ...i was speechless . i told him we were obviously there and he needed to find us a suitable room that we had booked a family room with balcony . he said we could have that room if we waited till 4pm the next day i asked where the 3rd person was supposed to sleep my friend who travelled with us said we would move the beds to make it work . this was the only time i spoke with the manager he was too busy sitting by the pool smoking and drinking that night we went for dinner we walked along the food available put our plates back and went to find a restaurant . . day 3 we went for breakfast same as the day before boiled eggs and bread i spoke to the guy clearing tables and asked him where the toaster was .. he shook his head apologised and said we only cater for germans . the poor man was very apologetic for something that wasnt his fault obviously been asked this before .we went to the shop for breakfast . we waited until 4pm to ask if our room was ready which is was so we went to have a look the room on first glance was much better t6he smell was back but wasn't as bad if we kept the bathroom door closed . unfortunately this was only the start of problems as you will see from the photos attached . the bathroom stunk the rest of the holiday im not sure how the Turkish drainage system works but it certainly didn't work in the hotel . there was screws hanging out of walls . open metal joists on the wall and ceiling toilet didn't flush properly black mould on the bathroom roof and all over the tiles the shower head attachment was broken so you had to hold the head . the bed and headboard material was ripped the wall in the bedroom was covered in dampness . the veranda door handle was broken so you couldn't lock the door thankfully we were on the 5th floor . on the veranda the paint was covered in green and black mould . the other bedroom which had bunk beds were held together will screws and pieces of wood . the rail on the veranda was very questionable if there had been a toddler in the room they could've squeezed through the gap as it wasn't fitted properly . at the pool the decking boards were loose with screws jutting out and very uneven . the stage where the entertainment was the curtain rail was hanging off at one side a hazard in itself . we spent £1800 on this holiday and took a few hundred each for spending since we were all inclusive . we had to use most of our money on food outside the hotel due to the awful selection on offer . we spoke to quite a few other people who were in the hotel and they all had the same opinion they wouldn't be back . i would've thought that hotels needed to follow some sort of guidelines to sell holidays through on the beach . but clearly not in this case . this hotel was absolutely disgusting and all in all a complete health hazard we wasted 1800 on this holiday .

  Worst hotel in kusadasi

  Please don't ruin your holiday by going here honestly was the worst place av ever stayed absolutely nothing on all other hotels in the area are bouncing and got beach bars and plenty great things going on absolutely nothing here 15 mins of darts in the afternoon about an hour of karaoke honestly bad heard the guy saying because there hotel is only got 50 or 60 guests they don't put nout on kick in thr teeth to the ones to paid. Food was horrible absolutely nothing for uk people or even kids it was embarrassing please save your holiday amd book another hotel kusadasi town is fantastic plenty hotels closer and better. The maids would mop your room and it would stink obviously bogging mops staff don't care and I think it's well under staffed was like one guy trying to keep 3 bars open book somewhere eles and thank me later

  I decided to rate this hotel only 3 stars because of the few minor problems I’ve noticed. 1. The toilet was decent but the toilet smelt badly even if it was cleaned. 2. The toilet trash can didn’t even open when you pressed your foot down, so we had to open it with our hands which is a little unhygienic. 3. My aunt couldn’t find slippers for her foot because in most hotels they’re offered but in this one we didn’t come across it. 4. We came across so much noise by bunch of high schoolers that were also on a trip. Many of my friends complained that the high school children were making loud noises, and being inconsiderate that there are other people also IN the hotel. They were so loud till 2am which is very rude. However, I’ll say that the food was pretty alright, like any hotel.

  My whole family stadium will enjoy everybody everybody was so friendly can't wait for the pool to open that wasn't open but the breakfast everything was beautiful to take a walk app the street they got restaurants all around they have a ice skating rink right next door they have Walmart they have all shopping places free parking I know you have a place in revealed that just opened app across some Suffolk towns and they charged us $20 a night pack which was ridiculous and we couldn't afford it so and it had no data eithat's what I'm doing I'm not going to hotel with a bathtub and then this one is very convenient love it

  We would rate this hotel Zero if we could. Where to start!! The food was terrible, always cold even the hot dishes were cold, and little choice. nothing was labeled so you didnt know what you were eating, unlucky if you have allergies, all inclusive choices for drinks was poor, only had a selection of three drinks even though they had brand empty named bottles at back of bar, but none was available. The room smelt terrible all the time of drains, bathroom fittings were corroded, hairdryer cable stripped and bare wires exposed. house keeping was inconsitant, towels were stained and looked dirty, the toilets were disgusting and dirty. Pool area was terrible, most of the sunbeds were damaged, split or had holes in them. cushions were disgusting stained and torn, the drainage grid around pool was broken in many parts, we actually whitnessed a elderly lady falling due to her foot going through the grid,the hotels beach was no better same issues and beach area was dirty and littered. All of this was reflected in the service. STAY HERE AT YOUR PERIL.
