This resort is situated directly next to the Tusan beach, only 6 km from the centre of Kuşadası, where guests will find countless shops, boutiques, cafés, restaurants, bars and clubs. The nearest public transport is just 200 m away and Izmir Airport is 70 km away.

Facility

The resort has 377 rooms. Multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. To ensure guests a comfortable and relaxing stay, the complex provides various services and facilities, including a baggage storage service, a car hire service, an alarm call service, a page service, a smoking area and a non-smoking area. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air.

    This was our 2nd time at Tusan! What a great improvement to last year's animation team! A special shoutout to the animation team who were always upbeat, energetic and always involved everyone which was a refreshing experience!! My son Kian had a wonderful time!! The Hotel itself if very clean and inviting. Everything is laid out well in perfectly! My only slight criticism would be the ladies at the lunch bar (pizza etc) didn't really understand much English and would have been nice to have some more options there for lunch as well as all food available until 5pm.In the main restaurant the food was fine however got cold very quickly so would recommend warm plates along with a microwave to warm up food if you wanted to. These are niggly bits which would just add another level of satisfaction. Reception staff, bar staff and in general most staff spoke good English and were very friendly much more then last year. Special shoutouts to Lana, Mert, Rudy and Mustafa amongst a few others I can't remember their names now apologies. We also made some wonderful life long friends which made the experience even better.     the location of this hotel was perfect and ideal for what we wanted to do in kusadasi. This is not our first time at this hotel but i have to say that this year was better than all others as the entertainment team made sure we were never bored. I want to especially thank Lana, Berek, and boogie for making the hotel feel connected like one big family. i also want to thank one of the waitresses (Büşra) at the bar who was always kind to me and my family making sure we had drinks whenever we needed.i also want to give a massive shoutout to Lana who was always open to help with whatever we needed and made our time very fun, more fun than all our other visits. Will one hundred percent be coming back for this spectacular entertainment team.     We stayed at tusan, must say they have lovely entertainment teams who are ever so friendly and welcoming, I would especially like to thank Lana who was so nice kind and friendly who made our stay an amazing experience we had fun at night dancing away playing bingo and even some yoga! Definitely recommend everyone who are planning a family trip! The safety the cleanliness and hospitality was absolutely on point! 10/10 ! The views are to die for and the sunset is ohhh myyy!     Been staying at tusan beach for 20+ years. Love the staff, so polite and would do anything for you. There is a new animation team this year which are very good and interactive with everyone. Lana was so lovely, made our stay perfect, although they all was friendly, but she went above and beyond with us. Potter is great and very funny, the entertainmentmanageris great to. If you think of going I would definitely recommend getting a Seaview room. Also if you would like a spa treatment, see amira who works at desk on lobby. She is so lovely and always treats everyone like family and friends.
