    We had a wonderful time here at Maracaibo. Lovely apartment with a balcony. The only thing missing was a little parasol, so we could enjoy our breakfast without the full sun in our faces. The pool was good & the staff were very friendly. It was only a 2 minute walk to the beach, shops/restaurants. We had good experiences with most of the restaurants we visited but our favourite was Monaco. The food was presented beautifully & tasted devine. You get a decent portion, so don't eat too much beforehand. We would definitely stay at Maracaibo again, without a doubt.

    My daughter chose this hotel, if I am honest, I wouldn’t have chosen this hotel at all. This hotel was very basic in every aspect. I dislike the fact that in these types of hotels you have to pay extra for everything e.g. the key to the safety deposit box, it’s a rip off! The pool was not cleaned during our stay, neither was the pool area. The breakfast was the weakest part: hot dishes were cold, cold dishes were room temperature, so be careful what you eat.

    Visited here mid October with 2 friends, lovely small hotel.GOOD: Friendly staff lovely clean pool..rooms clean and good size.2 min walk to lovely beach. NOT SO GOOD: (BUT NOT BAD)View from balcony was overlooking a road and another hotels balconies. Breakfast not the best, if you are looking for a good English brekki it's just scrambled egg Spanish bacon and tomatoes(not very warm), but plenty of breads, cereal, cheese and fruit so you won't go hungry. Also it says an hour transfer but if you choose the shuttle bus it's more like 2 hours! Would I stay here again? Absolutely I would..The seafront is lovely with some great restaurants..

    We just ended our week long vacation at Maracaibo.It was a very nice stay.The best part was the friendly and helpful personal.The apartments are roomy with a big balcony.Very close to the small city and the gorgeous beach.The breakfast buffet had a little something to every taste.I would recommend to bring your own pillow, as it is very uncomfortable to sleep with. Also bring earplugs, as you can hear your neighbors in the night.All in all a very nice vacation and a pleasent stay at Maracaibo.

    The Aparthotel Maracaibo, in my opinion, is placed in a perfect place. Its vicinity with the beach and the near-sea walking lane makes the structure a good choice for whom want to enjoy the Mallorcan spirit and have at the same time some relaxing times.It is not in the nearings of the airport, but when renting a car the distance is not felt that much.It is rated a 3-star superior, and definitely this matches what you would expect from a structure like that. The staff is great and always available when in need, though I should appoint that sometimes some of the staff would not answer completely my doubts and questions due to some language barrier. Apart from that, communication was good (i am Italian, Spanish has not been much difficult to understand).Be slightly careful when booking the stay because there may be some charges (upon arrival) due to errors related to the booking platform (there was an error with Booking.com regarding the tourist tax), though with not much impact.Rooms were not thoroughly clean at our arrival (especially the kitchen), but in the whole it was good.Wrapping up, the experience in that Aparthotel has been interesting and definitely something i would recommend to others.
