2 stars wouldn’t recommend - but good location

    rating06 Nov 2025

I’m am in no way fussy, and I understand you get what you pay for at a 3-star hotel, but I have stayed in 3-star hotels where the experience was 1000x better than here. Here, we struggled to find enjoyable meals. Food was cold, bland, and repetitive, with very little variety. The canteen had flies, dirty cups, and often no cutlery. Drinks were limited to tea, water, and juice, which, in my opinion, tasted like perfume.Snack time offered only a few items (untoasted cheese ‘toasties’, baguettes, hot dogs, chips), which disappeared quickly if we tried to get anything, snacks was the post promising food time of them all so this left very little to choose from. Breakfast was watery scrambled eggs, cold beans, and sausages, with the freshly made omelette station outside being the only decent option, sadly found this on the last 2 days. We ended up eating out most days. (Go to smileys across the road, good food, the best staff) The pool area could be pleasant, but flies were everywhere constantly on you and your bed. Loud rap music played daily round the pool. There isn’t any evening entertainment as advertised—just music you can request. Some staff at the top bar near the restaurant were unwelcoming, though Borak at the pool bar in the evenings was so lovely. Eve and Jayjay were friendly and organised activities like darts and yoga.Overall, the hotel has potential thanks to its location and some staff, but it desperately needs refurbishment, better food, improved hygiene, and more consistent friendly service. Honestly, I would rate this closer to 2 stars rather than 3.

Not The Best, but not the worst.

    rating29 Oct 2025

Arrived on 20th October, having booked when all the reviews seemed OK. Our experience seems to be similar to others, NOT so great. Rooms are OK size, no coffee making facilities (good job we brought our own then!) Shower is good. I was sick on night 2 and required clean bedding, which was like trying to get blood out of a stone. Eventually got sheets but no mattress protector. Went out and came back to the bed having been made (we had a Do Not Disturb on the door! ) with no mattress protector but the bed blanket under the sheet. Good job it wasn't cold. Food was OK, we always found something to eat. What was really disappointing was the all inclusive drinks. Unlike other hotels we've been AI in, no cocktails even with local spirits, just vodka, gin, whisky and beer. No self service coke/lemonade, although there was fruit juice dispensers, coffee and tea. Our first night was incredibly noisy, with teenagers running up and down the corridor until the early hours. This abated over the week as they all gradually left. No entertainment apart from very loud techno music 😵‍💫from the second bar ( where a very limited range of cocktails could be BOUGHT! ) As for the staff, they were all obviously told to say You're Welcome after a thank you, but they should try telling their faces to mean it. I didn't see a single member of staff smile in the whole week, the young lads clearing plates in the restaurant at least seemed willing to be there, which is more than can be said of the bar girls. I don't think £1300 for 2 for 7 nights is particularly cheap considering the above, plus the hotel is grubby and needs a good refurbishment.

    NEVER AGAIN AVOID AVOID AVOID!

    rating22 Oct 2025

We have just come back from this hotel and would not recommend this hotel to anyone we arrived about 6.30pm on the 14th October I was shocked straight away with reception we got receptionist didn't speak English to then try to communicate through translation in a app was hard work to then try find entertainment for my daughter and found out there isn't anything for kids no entertainment or kids club then after a long day to go see what food they have I was shocked by how horrible the food was my daughter finds it hard to eat certain foods and there was Brussels sprouts with chicken in sauce no chicken nuggets pizzas or stuff for kids fish was on offer and literally couldn't put a meal together I tried to speak with reception and got nowhere I had to speak to my rep to get things sorted they managed to cook my daughter nuggets for 1 night after speaking the the chef but then getting people coming up to us asking where we got the food from then when they ask they said extra charge this shouldn't be this way its all inclusive. Drinks stop at 11 and after you have to pay hotel was very noisy by a group of girl screaming till 4am or later running up and down the hallways security should have kicked them out so many complaints not to mention the place isn't clean at all the staircase is grubby and the hotel overall isn't clean our door had a massive hole in it like somone had punched it the bar area somone was sick on the floor the left it sitting there for nearly 1 hour before somone cleaned it even when they did they didn't do this properly on the up side rooms was spacious weather was great, but if I didn't booked excursions every day my daughter would have been so bored, also our friends had things stolen out of there room when we approached the manager they said its not true there is nothing they can do we was so angry we then asked why the hotel is so sh*t the manager then said the reason why its sh*t its because of the guests this hotel needs to either been shut down taken over by new management or renovated completely

    Average Hotel

    rating20 Oct 2025

I was satisfied with the price I paid; however, I wouldn’t choose to stay at this hotel again. The rooms are decent, with a good-sized balcony and bathroom, but there are very few facilities. There’s no kettle, no hangers for clothes, and no rails for drying wet towels. Towels are supposed to be changed every three days. We left our wet towels on the floor for replacement, but when we returned, the cleaner had hung them over the chairs—on top of our clothes—which made everything damp. When we asked reception for fresh towels, we were told the cleaners’ office was closed and were only offered pool towels instead. The bed sheets were never changed during our stay. The all-inclusive package only includes unbranded beer, vodka, gin, and wine. Any branded spirits or cocktails cost extra, which feels unreasonable. Everything is also served in plastic cups. The food was okay at first, but by the end of our stay, we preferred eating out.Noise was another major issue—people were constantly running and shouting in the corridors, with doors slamming throughout the night.

Honest and Genuine review - Please Read and take notice!

    rating20 Oct 2025

So we arrived on Wednesday 15th and check out today so have been here a week and this is a honest and genuine review please take note and do not listen to the bitter negative reviews people clearly expect Michelin Star standards whilst paying resonably cheap rates for a hotel!Pro'sThe Room - The room was clean, very big and had a free safe and fridge with two complementary bottles of waterStaff - The staff were simply amazing! Cannot praise them enough from the entertainment team especially Jay Jay who honestly made our holiday epic and created a fun filled atmosphere each day. Also shout out to reception staff who were helpful even carrying cases to our rooms and to Ozzy (Osman) the restaurant manager and all his staff who were kind, polite and helpfulLocation - honesty incredible, we were right in the middle of everything right by the strip and a 5 min slow walk to the beach with shops and restaurants literally on the door stepFood - as a fussy eater I was dreading the food based on the reviews but honestly people clearly are just not willing to try new things because when you do the food was beautiful and simply delicious we ate out twice but that was due to it being my father in laws 60th and us booking a show - restaurant staff could not have been nicerConsThe Room - the only thing I would say id no tea making facilities in the room but can take drinks from the all inclusive to the room so its really no big deal!Food - perhaps more choice would be great and maybe more of a childrens option but this is me being very pickyOTHER GUESTS - Honestly the biggest issue we had with the hotel was other guests being loud, rude and obnoxious to the staff and argueing with each other in the middle of the night they are truly a shambles but the hotel done their best to deal with itTop tips:*Embrace the food and try it trust me you will be pleasantly surprised *Be polite to staff manners cost nothing if your rude to them (which I have witnessed a lot of rudeness and entitlement) then why expect it back*Do a Jeep safari and a Relaxed boat trip which can be booked through Aaron upon arrival or many of the tour shops around*Do most of your shopping in the grand bazar or local shops, barter with them, have a laugh and be polite!Overall I would say this hotel gets far too much negativity from people who like to pick faults and complain for the sake of it. The hotel is NOT dirty and staff are NOT rude and sure if your unwilling to try the food is limited but don't go to Turkey and expect home food in a relatively budget hotel!Thank you for a wonderful stay and holiday and we will he back!
