Awful service and you pay for WIFI AND AIRCON !!! ??

Very bad experience with the guy at reception not very polite and extremely rude.Every question or thing needed he was extremely rude to talk to and communicate.You pay for WiFi , you pay for aircon only one room the other one was boiling hot.. poorly decorated .We asked for a nice studio apartment and they gave us the loft very hot and poorly equipped.Will definitely never come back ??????

This was our 3rd stay here and once again we can't fault it. Rooms are large and clean. The atmosphere was brilliant. Staff friendly and helpful. We will be staying again next year

Had 2 weeks here and its been brilliant. Rooms are basic but you have everything you need, and clean. Staff really good and yes food is on par with back home but really good and we have a fussy eater. Would highly reccomend.

Hotel not clean in rooms. Never had our bed linen changed. Had to ask for clean towels . Had to buy our own toilet rolls,sunbeds filthy, drinks expensive. Staff mithering you all the time asking do you want a drink. We will not be going to this hotel again and certainly would not recommend it.
