Location

This hotel is located only 1200 m from the sandy Marmaris beach, surrounded by restaurants, bars and nightspots. Guests will find a dolmus (shared bus) stop for the short journey into Marmaris city centre just outside the building and an excellent shopping bazaar is only 1500 m away. It is 90 km to Dalaman Airport.

Facility

42 apartments, 2 studios and 5 double rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas.     We stayed here for two weeks everything was exceptional the rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. All the staff we friendly and welcoming. The facilities were great food was delicious. Location is great with bars and restaurants all a short walk away. Will definitely return again we highly recommend! Natasha and Maria

    Stayed 2 weeks here last week. Very welcoming on arrival. Was put on the 4th floor which unfortunately for us had an apex over the bed, not good when your partner is 5.10in. Went down stairs and asked to be moved. Which he said he would in the morning. True to his word we were moved to another apartment. The apartments are dated but clean, housekeeping lady came in everyday with a big smile on her face, bins, towels, sheets, floor done every day. Didn't see one bug in our apartment the whole 2 weeks. The bed sofas need replacing as you could feel all the springs. Bathrooms have a bath with a shower however the bath is very low and the sides are very tall very difficult to get in and out and very slippy. Walk in shower defo needed and grab rails . The reception was clean and looks like it's been updated as the pool area with sun beds, parasols. They were plenty of sunbeds available, unfortunately some people left the towels on their beds then went out for the day. Toilets and showers downstairs from the terrace were spotless. The only thing that I could say I would change is to have a smoking area for people away from people who don't smoke. We don't smoke but had to inhail everyone else's cigarettes... Pool was absolutely freezing but refreshing whilst you were in it. .Food was really good in the apartments and probably the cheapest we,d had whilst we were there.. The staff were awesome nothing was too much trouble bar staff Eden and Arif were great, always had time for a chat, a welcome and a smile. We will miss Eden. Only fault, change the music guys!!! Lol..

    Second time here at this hotel.food good.staff very friendly. Happy to help. Owner on site regularly and very friendly.good value for money.this hotel is situated in a good spot,close to bus stop and taxi rank.walking distance to bars ,shops,restaurants etc..would recommend..

    We loved this place so much we booked to go back in october and yusuf the owner has arranged our private transfer for a very reasonable price. All of the staff here are wonderful they all work so hard and myself and our family cant wait to go back. If you are visiting here and looking at private transfer give yusuf a message and he will arrange it all. Hes a lovely man. The food is lovely here and always very clean the cleaners are always cleaning i 100 recommend going here everyone is friendly aswell

    17th year running, back to our happy place, lovely to see the reception area and ground floor had had a major revamp. Greeted like old friends by Onder the manager and Yousef the owner it was like coming home. Large apartments (need updating) clean and spacious. We are treated like royalty nothing is too much trouble, met friends we have made over the years which made it all the more enjoyable. Bar area and staff friendly and helpful - they serve the best sangria we have ever had. Situated in the Amutalan area close to shops and many more bars, well worth a visit. Probably better for adults as not many children’s activities.
